So I need to squeeze about 500 more calories into my days, and I think a shake will be the quickest way without having to cook more stuff with my meals
does anybody have any recipes ? preferably with less than 10g of carbs ? but anything will do, I can make adjustments
so far I had this idea and it tastes pretty good, but a little more than 10g carbs and i'd rather have something without whey...
2 tbsp natty pb
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pure cocoa powder
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 scoop chocolate whey
1/2 cup cottage cheese
water/low carb milk
ice
anybody have any other ideas ?

This is funny, Ive actually just started making shakes, mine is as follows:
-1/2 Cup lite coconut milk 120 cals, 12g Fat, 2g carb, 1g protein
(I use lite to get more liquid into my shake, still almost all fat)
-3 large raw whole eggs, 270 Calories
(Organic free run drug free chickens)
-1 scoop ISO Peanut butter chocolate protein powder, 118 Calories 2g Carbs, the rest is protein.
-4 drops stevia extract for some added sweetness
Total Cals = 508
This shake is delicious and has become my typical breakfast now, it keeps me full for a good 3 hours which is perfect because Iam currently eating every 3 hours on my cut.No whey!

I found mine in the expensive health aisle at the Kroger (grocery store) It was $3.50. It's the same size as that box of soy milk that they sell in the unrefrigerated section. That same size soy milk is 1.99 for a comparison. If i remember correctly, it's only 4 servings * 8oz. 32 oz. Not very much, so yeah, it's pricey. I wouldn't say it's milky. It's .... something you can get used to fairly quickly, but nothing is quite like milk.

I am bulking now and I find a smoothie to be an excellent way to get my extra calories in for the day, not to mention it saves me money and time being that I dont have to buy more meat(very expensive) or cook it (time consuming). My typical one goes like so:
2 cups skim milk
1 scoop choc. casein protein powder
1 scoop choc. whey protein powder
1 banana
1 spoonful natty peanut butter
3 spoonfuls oats
Its delicious in my opinion.

i know the idea of avocado as a smoothie sounds gross but you have to try it... i dont even like them on their own but something about adding sweetener makes it taste amazing. best of luckit's as satisfying to me as cumming is,
