Alrighty, so it's like this
Brian and I have decided to do the following:
Weekly Photos
Measurements Every 3 Weeks
Post workouts
We are also having a mini challenge within this one.
It will be a Standard (modified is okay too for anyone else who may want to join in) Pushup Challenge.
It will start on April 6-7th and will be for the duration of our challenge.
We will be posting a video of us doing pushups on the first day of this challenge.
We will verbally communicate on here with how things are coming along. The 2nd and last video will be posted on the last day of our challenge - showing our accomplishments
My Goal is to reach 20 standard pushups by the end of this challenge.
I currently can do 3-5 pushups (not very well lol)

Excellent welcome aboard! What about strength and muscle? Or is it only about the fat loss for you, Marie/
Myself, my goals is to much stronger, build as muscle as I can, and in turn that muscle will help speed my metabolism and lose the fat gradually, so there is minimum damage to my skin.Brian - journal at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=161909473

What's the V-diet?
I think it can be a "whatever".
Do whatever is going to work for you that you'll be able to carry on with after this challenge is done.
From the start back in Nov. i decided to toss away all supps (fat burners etc) and go natural.
Just a matter of finding balance and something i can stick with through life.

So i guess i should pop my goals up on here too, eh?
*My short term goal is: to drop 24lbs of fat (3 month goal)
*Ultimate Goal is: in total is to lose 78lbs of fat (sept 23/08)
~i've already lost 19lbs~
I will increase my strength and muscularity. I also be packing on the lean muscle mass.
The pushup challenge was designed to get my but in gear for my police testing. I thought this would give me that extra kick i need to get things together.

The thing to keep in mind is that even though you read everywhere that you should be losing 1-1.5 lbs per week, your body is not always like that. There will be weeks where you lose nothing at all and then other weeks where you lose exactly what you want to be losing. Its also not all about weight loss, its about fat loss. Be sure to start taking caliper measurements on top of waist and other body part measurements to get a good idea of whats happening. Too many people mess around with an otherwise effective diet and training program simply because they did not go down on the scale...

I saw that original contest you had going in the losing fat section. How much did you weight when you originally posted that thread?
What are your guys goals for the next twelve weeks?
I'm hosting the main contest in this section. Feel free to check out all our progress pictures and threads for motivation and anything else.
I've dropped 29 pounds since the start of the year and I'd like to drop at least another 25 more before July 1.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go
