    Magic-MJ-Music's First Serious Log(with pics) Going For That Body now, All Or Nothing

    Hi all out there

    As said in title, this will be my first serious log to date.
    My goal is to finally get that body im going for.
    Fat has ALWAYS been a problem for me, but now im gonna kill that son of a bitch !

    This log will include weight, currents lifts, Daily nutrition(if i can manage) and so on.
    I will try as hard as i can, to update in my log everyday, i think that is gonna
    keep me on the right track.

    My goal is to cut fat away. When i am satisfied with myself and my body,
    i will stop cutting. Until then im gonna kick some ass

    This is going to be Very hard for me to keep up, so i am hoping you guys
    will contribute with something, or help me somehow in this log.
    The reason why, is that I have had an eating disorder. It has lasted for
    about 1 year now i think, and it is truly breaking my heart.
    I had no idea, food could mean so much.
    I have used ALL the money I had saved up, for this ****.
    Its just...... Hard to explain, something like this.
    Eat -> Throw up -> Eat -> Throw up, and so on.
    I kept eating ALL the time.. All the Time !

    I really hope some of you guys(girls) will help supporting me here.


    Some stats about me:

    Age: 19
    Height: About 177 cm ( i think )
    Weight: 82.2 kg ( 180.8 Pounds)

    You guys want me to write it in Kg or Lb ?



    I am not following any fanzy diet or something.
    I am just cutting down on carbs, like the most people are.
    I will still obtain carbs, this is not a keto diet.
    Today i havent ate much, because i wanted to get all the
    bad stuff out of my body, and i got up around 2 PM or something.

    Today i have had as followed:
    1 meal: Oatmeal porridge(25 gram) with nuts, egg whites and raisins and a shake
    2. meal: Alot of different salad, nuts, raisins and so on with tuna in water,
    ? apple and a crispbread ( to get fiber ) with ham
    Before bed: egg whites with tuna in.

    Today i had alot of tuna, i normal dosent eat that much tuna aday.

    I promise all,
    This will be an exciting log to follow.
