Calling all former fat boys

I am looking for progress photos of FFBs (Former Fat Boys).

I want to see progress from the start, through the cut and then through bulking back up.

I was formerly fat (210 lbs, 6') and have cut up to 163 lbs and am working on bulking up but damn, it is slow going!!!

I want to get an idea of what sort of progress I can expect.

Especially if you have pics of guys that are late 20's early 30's as I am 31 years old.

Well I'm not in the right age group but heres what I got.



Lost 100lbs in about a year and am currently on a bulk.

Good job bro , I was 215 at 5'.9" at around 20-25 bodyfat in 06 now Im 185 at around
17-20 body fat . I gained some strength with muscle so my weight stays around 185-200 .

Very few of you are ever gonna be in the position I was, but here goes.

I fit in the age bracket at least, and have been slow, clean bulking since October. It is slow going to do it right when you don't have teenage hormones to help (No offense to the above posters. Wish I had it going for me.) But, just talked to a guy in the gym today who had made a solid 50 lbs gain in muscle mass in 2 years. I've gained about 10 lbs of muscle since July while keeping my BF% has actually dropped a few percent.

Used to always be chubby. If you look in my gallery the ones from 2004 was when I was around 240lbs - now down to just under 210.

here is my contribution went from 370lbs+ 35-40%bf to 215lbs now on a bulk sitting around 235lbs 13%bf during my bulk very slow and 100% clean, im eating only whole wheats, grilled chicken,veggies,fruit,nuts thats it and protein sups started last jan.30th 07, so a little over a year.

221lbs at 20+% to 196lbs at about 12% in 3 months. I've now bulked for a few months and am in the process of cutting again down to 8% or so for the summer. I'm now back down to about 12% again except I weigh 200lbs instead of 196. I'm looking forward to a nice long slow bulk this winter and a bulk where I don't gain more fat than muscle for a change!

Honestly, 1 fasts 14 is like wow to me. I know he's like 10 years younger than I am, but if I could reach his size now (since we started at the same size), I'd be damned happy.

Im a former fat kid, but unfortunately i have so much extra skin over my body. I use to be 4'10" 44 inch waist. Now im 5'7 if i measure underneath the skin im like 30". its so disgusting, it looks like im fat but im not. I think i need an adominal plasty, unless you former fat kids have some advice.

DAMN! good work. I hate myself for losing weight the wrong way!! I used to weigh the same but i dont look anything like you(no homo) but i am about 15-20lbs heavier but still.

Awesome job. You don't even look remotely like the same person, in my opinion.
