At my dining hall they give out scrambled egg and egg whites. Anyone have an idea or a picture to help me estimate how many calories a plate full consists of? Reps for any real help, thanks

If you really want to be that anal about it, then you may want to invest about $15 and buy one of these.
They are battery powered and you can literally bring it into the dining hall with you and zero out an empty plate/bowl and then put your full plate on it and you will know how many ounces /grams of eggs you have and should be able to figure out the calories pretty easy from their.
I agree with the other poster about the butter. Unless you see them using spray pam, you probably need to ask because I bet the cook is using either oil or butter when cooking.
I also suggest that you actually speak with the chef/cook because sometimes they actually water-down the eggs when they scramble them and that will obviously throw off any assumptions as to calories based on cooked weight.
