Don't have macros right now, but they were 100g. pancake mix, 8 g cheesecake pudding mix, 1 egg, 4 oz skim milk topped with 32g. almond butter, 14g. vanilla baking chips and 1.5 servings of sugar free jelly

Workout 1 in the books, and it felt great! Those squats got heavy quickly as I am used to taking more time between sets. I was happy with how everything felt though, and I'm looking forward to squatting three more times this week! I WILL improve my squat.
