Workout 1 in the books, and it felt great! Those squats got heavy quickly as I am used to taking more time between sets. I was happy with how everything felt though, and I'm looking forward to squatting three more times this week! ^^Yep. I saw that on the 3dmj page and watched it twice. EXACTLY how I try to go through the entire movement. I never realized how important set up BEFORE you even get under the bar is . Thanks for that, dude.
