/\/\ ...heart's fine, his head's a worry
Awesome leg session!
The wait until March is a pain! That's a terrible statement to dish out! Makes my blood boil You haven't anything to go on until all the tests are done and ANALyzed. Hoping for good news to come, in the meantime continue the fight at the gym and don't let the bosu ball bully get to you lol
That is one very happy and spoilt puss ..until that Dr shows up.
We used to go to a Doctor who fancied himself as a comedian, he had a line for everything!! He was good too. The kids thought he was wonderful! Hubby enjoyed the humor.
Then one day he goes in to get the snip, WEEEEELLL ..he wasn't so funny then LOL But I managed a quiet snicker or two in the dark recesses of my sick little mind >: ]

Morning Brian! People are so stupid at the gym sometimes. I can't believe the dummy bothered you while you were deadlifting that heavy -- yay for 405, by the way. :-) I had a lady do that to me on the leg press one time. I had about 500lbs on it and was working my way up to 6-something. I told her she was welcome to work in. Yes, I was being a smartass. She said no rather meanly and sat there and watched me the entire time. I did two extra sets just because she was getting on my nerves. Just like your situation, there was a guy right beside me on one with two 45s on each side, but she didn't stalk him. There should be a sign on the door, "No doofus butts allowed."

I should would have pointed to my earphones and said "sorry, can't hear you over my music, but I think you said 'I'm not going to bother you while deadlifting heavy ass weight.'"

I thought you'd like them.
Thank-you.
I did not shift the stack
I repped the mutherphucker.
LOL
Thank-you!
Was not aware, and I'm hoping for the best for you too.
Did ya hit 'em again?
I hope so brother.
He's a regular!
LOL, funny story, and don't blame you one iota.
Thank-you, and I agree, my head is messed up.
But that's the part that also makes me brilliant at the same time.
U gotz that right M8!
Thanks.
Doofus butts...is far too tame for my brain to compute Hibby, lol.
I had a guy bug me on the leg press recently to, but it had 1,080 lbs. on it.
Was not impressed.
If I listened to music when I trained, I might have said that.
probably not though
I would prefer more colorful langauge.

F.S.U.U
Deads help my squat.
Shrugs give me trap cushions to put the bar on when I squat and do good mornings.
Good mornings benefit both my squat and dead, plus getz my erectorz hyooge.
That’s the method to my madness.
Back, Traps
Deads
20x45(bar), 10x135, 6x225
1x315
1x405, 1x405, 1x405
*and set#2 necessitated my conversation with a “civilian”*
Behind the back braced Bb Shrug
8x405, 10x405, 10x405, 6x405-both my straps and grip failed here
Good A.M’s
10x225, 10x225
6x245
10x275
Goal met, 405 dead achieved.
Goal met, back to shrugging 405 for sets.
Expectations surpassed with good mornings. I might see 405 again for these too.
I fukkin’ amaze myself.
If it wasn’t for bb.com I’d think I was unique.

Back width
F.S.U.U
My “back thickness” muscles are fried which forces me to develop a good mind-muscle connection with my “back width” muscles.
Focus on isolating those muscles as the rest are shot with DOMS from the day before.
I pre-exhausted the phuck out of it before hitting the numero uno back width builder for me, chins.
Kneeling narrow reverse grip Pulldown
20x72.5
3x20x97.5(stack)
Assisted Chins
3x10x-120
“Cobras!”
4x10x150(stack/per side)
1 arm supinated Pulldown
8x80, 6x100
Chins
3, 1, 1

Arms, Abs
F.S.U.U
Biceps and forearms are my weak points.
I’m experimenting training bi’s heavy one session, lighter the next, and hitting them twice/week.
I pick the “rolldowns” for tri’s as they are one of the few exercises that hits the long head of the tricep and I have hit the other 2 heads enough this week.
BB Curls
20x45(bar), 8x95, 2x145
BB Curl/standing cable Curl
1x155/12x150(stack)
Standing cable Curl
2x12x150(stack)

Your arms and forearms look plenty big in your avi and that is a very solid arm session --- strong curling with the 145 and 155 BB and then curling the stack on the cable machine. Nice heavy volume on the incline chest as well
Great work AA. No update on the 'heart' front?"Better to wear out than rust out!"

They look big but they aren't compared the rest of me.
I will agree with the judge on this, I need bigger arms, in particular, biceps.
I forgot to mention that...check @ the bottom of this post so everybody can catch it.
Thank-you.
Thanks C.
I have 2 tests early next week and won't have the results until early March.
I have convinced myself I don't have heart issues, somewhere during my training I should have keeled over by now and that hasn't happened. (I tried, to no avail. )
