For today, I'll be showing a meal that I made earlier this week. This meal is full of quality goodness and is aimed at high protein & fat intake with relatively low carb intake.
The macros are at the end of the video and the ingredients are explained within the video.

Mexican food is my favorite, no doubt about it!
For those following the Primary Source Nutrition Approach:
Primary Protein Source - 3 Servings
Primary Carb Source - 2.5 Servings
Primary Fat Source - 4 Servings
For those counting macros, they are roughly:
Protein - 50g
Carb - 55g
Fat - 36g
For those counting calories:
Calories - 750trainingwithryan.substack.com

you are anal about using whole wheat products yet you use the ****ty mission tortillas with artificial transfats;
mission does sell yellow corn tortillas with similar macros and 0.000% artificial transfat - Original tortillas are made from corn. If you want the wheat taste then go with lavash bread, again similar macros
I hope you promote this switch since you are trying to create a following

First off, get your facts straight before spouting off. The mission tortillas I used contain 0g of trans fat.
Who said I was anal about using whole wheat noodles? When it came to elbows, the only kind I had were whole wheat. I had white rotini and vermicelli, but I wanted elbows. The only thing I was being anal about was elbows.....lol.

"Personally, I can't remember the last time I ate a meal that didn't contain a primary protein source.
It is a rule I've applied for years that any meal I eat will contain significant protein, and it has formed a habit that only aids in my daily quest to fulfill my daily protein needs.
For me, a meal isn't a meal until it contains a primary protein source!"trainingwithryan.substack.com
