not my cuppa lol, got family and if im honest not a big fan of being told what to do! good luck to you though one of my closest friends is ex army, one of my profile pics has a pic of me before i worked out alongside him... he is a beast, 5ft7 at about 175lbs lean, still fit as a fiddle. I went running with him the other day, i did a 2mile circuit, it took me just over 10 mins. He did 2 laps... 4miles in 17 mins.... thats just over 4 min miles for 4 miles. just nuts, they will turn you into a machine believe me haha.
easily does 100 press ups with more in the tank but at the same time will push up 130kg on the bench for 3/4 reps... id love to be there one day but he has been doing it for 10 years.Im doing it right

not yet bro - decided I'm holding out til uni in September, gains all going well

defo getting bigger as well, im liking how i look and feel. u got a fave bodypart or a "genetically" gifted body part?
my back and shoulders just seem huge at the moment, my sig is old i am gonna update this weekend n ull see. not sure whether its my workout (do love training back n shoulders) or just genetics but its booming lol.Im doing it right

Abs. I'm not one of those guys who only trains abs, infact I rarely train them but mine are amazing. If you check y before picture on my bodyspace you'll see they've always been good, because I swam competitively since I was like 6!! my triceps are pretty well developed too, got the horseshoe going on!
Legs are lacking, they're big just not super super lean - lean, but not how I want them
