hahaha thats freakin awesome, yeah im not sure how people break some things.... i mean most things must just fail due to use surely? maybe wear/tear. yeah ive seen some dumb **** in my gym, would love to put a cam in there and just stream it... some complete ****ing numpos lol. people break the cables at my gym regularly, cable rowing with ****e form and tiny rom, they proceed to add weight the the 70kg stack by any means necc, e.g. hanging plates off the locking pin.... or stacking them on top of the weight stack... just so stupid, there is a max weight on there for a reason you morons! would probably mind less if it wasnt some skinny **** that cant even pull that much in reality without 1/10 ROM.

so annoying as it takes 6 weeks to fix and only one of the cable machines is any good for flys.. grrr sorry got ranting a bit there lols

haha discipline is key my friend but your young... you gotta have a life as well mate, BBing is not the be all and end all. dont feel down about it or you will regret the holiday. Take it as a lesson, n go a bit steadier next time :-). Im quite good to at least keep on top of my diet whilst on holiday and just go steady with the beer, usually put on a few pounds of fat but no gains lost :-)

Yeah bro I'm a Manc. I don't usually drink cocktails so it was hard to find my limits. I'd be having head****er after head****er and only by the end of the night would it hit me and I would puke up all of the food I'd eaten. It was a great holiday for pulling, but I felt myself wasting away as time progressed so it was a double edged sword.

Been here since September loving it the weather is great. People are a lot nicer and friendlier in general cost of living is expensive but its not to hard to get by glad i made the decision to move here currently first year at uni met so many people from around the world. Would never go back to the UK at the present time.

The only thing i miss is how cheap everything in the UK was just food in general weather here is miles better. Of course missing my friends the most

aye i go on holiday to spain on a coach it takes over 24hrs and we go through france there services are worse than ours it cost 4 euros for a small bag of harribo 8 euros for a tub of nutella redbull waas 5 euros it was rediculous
