LMAO if you think farting is embarrassing. I took a pelvic floor training class a few months back. It's a mix of yoga & pilates designed to strengthen the pelvic floor. There's one section where you lay on your back and then take a swiss ball, hold between your feet, pull up on the pelvic floor muscles and hold them while lifting your legs straight up into like a v sit up. If you do it wrong or let go and re tighten it can cause air to pull into the vagina... and then you get cooter farting mid class.

Yeah but the classes are women only and the instructors are women and they do warn you that it happens, mostly to beginners or anyone not paying attention. It's still embarrassing though and everybody laughs cause really what else can you do.
It just happens sometimes when you mix the pelvic floor exercises with ab exercises.

What honestly makes me laugh? When i see women looking so dolled up at the gym. There's this one girl i see often at the gym. Her hair is curled, she smells like she just put body spray on, and a face full of make up. I've never seen her actually workout. I've only see her walk around looking at the guys and talk to people she knows. Hahah
I say, if you still look good, you obviously didnt work out to your tooth off!

Two guys kneeling on opposite sides of one bench with their forearms laid over it frantically curling their wrists with 5 lb dumbbells in unison.
People who lay on their back and move their legs around in the air like they are on an invisible bicycle...with no resistance.
To be fair, I am also an object of amusement some days. Like today when I decided that I thought the olympic bar at the bench that was available was a different size than the standard one (it had larger ends!) and I picked it up to switch it for a 45 lb one on another bench and let the end hit another machine, making a sound like a gong. All, of course, only to find that the larger bar was possibly lighter, if anything.
I also run funny. I hate getting the treadmills in front of the mirrors.

Exactly man and I dont understand how these old dudes think its all normal and fine to walk around and display your balls.
I was at a sink one day trying to wash my hands and face after a workout, took my shirt off and this old guy comes up and says, wow, butt naked. Comes up to the sink and his nuts were literally on the sink, under his big old gut.
I looked at him, looked down at his nuts on the counter and thought I should punch his nuts in to the counter but walked off on to the next sink.EX YU Mafia #1 ----Cant Touch Us----

Its not important what they say behind my back, what is Important is whether they stop talking and look down when I turn around.

My fav is when a sloot runs on the treadmill in booty shorts, with her butt cheeks hanging out. The sloot isn't what makes me giggle cause i dont have a lot of respect for girls that come to the gym to "put on a show" and not put in any real work. But I love watching all the guys try to come up with reasons to wander behind her, or even better are the ones the dgaf and stand directly behind and don't even blink. Some men are such easily distracted, simple creatures sometimes haha.

I was deeply immersed in my shoulder workout last night and there is this 19 year old girl that works out in my gym. She is about 5'10 120 pounds, and yes she actually lifts. I was the only person on the gym floor (Hammer Strength Shrugs) and she managed to walk ALL THE WAY over to where I was and looked up at me as she crossed my path, then kept going....it doesnt make me chuckle and I'm also not sure if she likes me or just wants attention hahahaOhio State Crew
