Yes it is a good problem, and if I had to pay for them myself.... that would definitely be something to look into. Due to the material and the safety aspect of the requirement, I don't think that is an option. Plus, I work for a fortune 500 company, they can afford a few shirts for me, even if they say they can't!
Now for that top ten list, I just can't seem to crack that 3rd spot! I think I will definitely finish with >10% loss and will be close to 30lbs lost ( saying to self now---please don't flat line the weight loss today......) for the whole time period and I can live with that.

Somehow im still down to 144.4 this week and im not intentionally trying to lose weight.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

222 for me, what can I say my diet has been crap and that's most of it, up to 45 pushups now and improving my squats ever so slowly nice to be able jump/run around throw yourself around and actually control your own weight! I guess only former fatties know those feels though brb cant do one pushup brb squat down and can barely get back up!

Know the feeling man! My weights been dropping really well as of late, but I'm also starting to have a noticeable loss in strength as my lifts are suffering. I'm sooo ready to bulk & get moar powah, but have to keep my eye on the prize and drop another 10 or so lbs before I'm even close to ready.

next week i'll be stompin' on all a y'all. everybody look out!
when i get the sense that Nitro is done with the sheet i swoop in w/out asking. so far i haven't done anything to make him mad, lol, but one of these days i'm going to mess up his work.
also, i suck. i'm still doing 1 full body and 1 cardio session per week. how's your training going?
dang! congrats.
let's ask him via pm just in case he doesn't see our messages in here.
this week i felt somewhat frail. it's a bit scary when that happens, actually.
again crew
...
i was a little too grouchy to check in earlier, but advil patched me back up. cramps... no change in my weight this week but that's welcome news given that i'm on my .
as i said above, i suck. i was thinking about trying out a few gyms with better hours, my gym extends its hours and i still don't show up... i think i'll lay out a few workout outfits tonight to see if that helps. my full body workouts last for a few hours because i guess deep down i don't trust myself/i know i won't be showing up again that week, lol.start where you are

I finally broke through to the 220's on Friday, yesterday I weighed 229.5 lbs. and today I was 228.5 lbs. It's kind of an amazing feeling, I've been stuck in the low 230's for a couple of months now, I need to maintain this and get lower.

I've been away for a bit and it looks like I missed a ton of progress...fantastic job everyone.
I wish I could say the same. My household had the cold from hell wreak havoc on it. Between the 4 of us we are just finishing up it's second wave through the family. On top of that I have been swamped trying to meet deadlines on a couple committees that I serve on.
I still have to finish up a push for approval on a fundraising campaign to benefit a local respite care facility that serves families with children who are dependent on medical equipment. They have medical & support staff on hand and will provide care for the child for anywhere from a couple hours to 7 days when the parents have no where else to turn. Due to recent fire code changes the number of children allowed to be in their care at one time has been cut in half so our goal is to make a substantial donation to a building fund that will hopefully allow for the construction of a larger facility.
Anyway...back on topic. Between being sick & being busy I have to admit that some of the food choices I made weren't the best and were compounded by missing a couple workouts. Up to 182.4lbs as of Friday morning. I may not hit my goal of sub 180lbs this week...but I'm gonna try like hell."Success requires no apologies, failure permits no alibis"

Current Goal: 185 lbs by August 1st, 2019
Current Weight 207.6 lbs.

Had to cut my leg day short today... hated that! On my first rep of my warmup set on the hack squat, had a terrible pain shoot thru my leg ... knee/lower quad area. Don't know why, but glad I did a warmup set because I couldn't even push with that leg. Had trouble walking most of the day so I couldn't even do cardio! I was able to switch over to a shoulder workout, but super bummed about the leg. Unable to explain, feels better now but still "sore". I'll try again in a few days.
