I know he can handle it which is why i set it up this way.
I will make adjustments as needed when he reports back to me this weekend recapping his
Energy, Mood, Strength, and overall Focus.. this will help dictate how i can adjust the routine to help him grow.
This is just a foundation, i may increase or add intensity techniques on top of this.

I rock the sweatpants and hoodie every single day while training. Feels good to stay warm. I can't imagine training in shorts and a tshirt again. Usually my good is up, headphones in, straight up monk status.

Squats
(325 x 7) x 5 sets
every set was PAINFUL. AS. HELL...glute/hamstring tie in was just buggin the hell outta me and by the end, was hurting to bend over...PISSED. ME. OFF...I gotta make up for this...THIS. IS. BULLSH*T...I don't care if my legs are bleeding, torn, or EXPLODE...I won't quit!!!

...WELL...by far the worst workout of my life...killed it but my tie-in was bothering me more than usual...it seems like unless my legs are 100% not sore, my tie in doesn't bother me at all and I can go crazy...but if they're still sore, my tie-in hurts A TON...2x per week with 3-4 days in between working lower body was giving me tremendous results before...incorporated 3x per week and now smolov and tie-in seems to be setting me up for injury...EXTREMELY PISSED...all I wanna do is squat...everyday...non stop...
...MY BODY KEEPS TELLING ME NO...BUT MY MIND KEEPS TELLING ME YES...
...thoughts, opinions, and input from anyone would be VERY appreciated...I feel like I'm ABOUT. TO. RAGE...after not having a bad workout in 6 months this entire offseason...having a day like this makes me want to KILL...advertising not permitted

Sucks about your glute/ham area man. I don't really have much knowledge in this area, but I know my roomate was having a simililar problem. Started using his foam roller as much as possible and stretching like crazy. Also started being more "cautious" before working out. Made sure to get on treads for a good while to get legs warmed up, then stretched, then warmed up for squats and other exercises before hitting it hard, etc. I am not sure what all you do before you hit the gym, but this is the best advice I can give you. He also ****ed up his back pretty badly from deads and the foam roller/stretching did wonders. Anyway, good luck man

Thats the thing...I spend around 20-30 mins pre and post workout stretching and foam rolling. I'm pretty sure the one day a couple weeks ago I aggravated it and it has just slowly been getting worse...usually things like that on my body just work themselves out and go away...video will be up soon on my thoughts and plans

Man,that sucks, i hope you get better soon.
Tbh listening to your body is a good idea its a **** thought that your body is saying no and you have been killing your workouts for ages maybe let it recover a little as the last thing you would want is it to keep coming back because it has not fully healed/recovered
Its easy for me to write and people to give opinions but your going to do what you want

i had this same problem when i first started Oly lifting, and it still bothers me from time to time to this day... it's similar to any strain, it just takes time to heal. i know thats not what you want to hear (OBVIOUSLY i don't listen lol) but just be careful not to push it too far. hope it gets to feeling better soon man
