Honestly, I have no idea how you would correct this. My guess is that it's due to a genetic irregularity with a signaling pathway homolog...but I'm not a doctor. But it would seem if your tendency was to be bigger on one side - you will probably always tend toward being like that...even if you managed to even it out temporarily.

Lol I posted this video a while back just posted again so nicole can critique my form out of a score of 10. As for grunting I did that as for some arrgghh powa since it was first time I attempted 455 which I jumped from 425s. I still slam the weights down though because when I control the weight down I have to say good night sweet lower back.
Thinking about changing my deadlift rep scheme to 1x1 instead of 1x5 so I can do more weight.

Bao's not even rounding....srs. It doesn't really matter if your upper back is rounded a little, it's the lower that matters/causes injury.. And why would you even lower the bar slowly in the first place, just wasting energy. You can't drop it on bench press cause it will land on you, the bar drops onto the floor for the deadlift. Now you must present that original sized photo to Evo..
