    I would say your an ectomorph. As far as diet, if you get on a clean bulk and a good workout routine you'll put on size and stay fairly lean.

    Yeah definitely, good to see its working! High protein and high cals are a must especially if you are an ectomorph. Its the missing piece alot of people aren't looking at. Keep training, good luck!

    Ya just keep hanging in there man. Don't expect alot of physical appearance results in just 2 weeks. Keep at it. Take pics like maybe once a month or maybe even every 3 months. That way you have something to strive for.

    Don't get discouraged if you lose your 6 pack. Alot of ectomorphs do lose their 6 packs as they are gaining some fat as they bulk up. I was suggest that you go to tripplewhammy's thread here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=433420

    BW x 20 makes me gain fat faster than i want to....lift 5-6 days a week intensely for 60-90 minutes.
    Depends on who you are...but I believe BWx24 cals per day is far less beneficial(in the long run) than BW x 18....
    just my opinion.
