My Transformation (update)
I've posted here before about my transformation, but I have some updated pics. I've been lifting for NOT EVEN two years yet, but I've gone through several bulking and cutting cycles. These pics are all in chronological order.
I began at 146 lbs in the first pic, peaked at 189 at my highest weight, and the last pic is at 173 lbs.
If you guys want to know more, just ask. (There isn't a HUGE point to this post, just for fun to show you guys my progress).

looking awesome!!!!!!!!
I'm just curious, what kind of cutting do you do? Do you do HIIT or just normal jogging for 30 minutes or what?

I would say you've definately mastered cutting and bulking if you can bulk up that much and cut while saving the muscle.
Great job.

well the funny thing is that even though I'm more mesomorphic (slightly endo too) I still do big bulks. To be honest, though I dont recommend them. A lot of my weight gain was fat during my bulks, so during this next bulk I'm going to try to keep it as clean as possible (sometimes it just doesnt work out).
For bulking,
I do no cardio, eat every 2 hours (pretty much stuff myself each time), and lift about 4-5 days a week, with about 9-10 hrs sleep most nights.
For cutting,
I do cardio 4-5 days a week which consists of walking on the treadmill in the morning (after drinking a 20g protein shake, that's it though), I lift 4 days a week, a 5th day of the week I add in a second cardio session (walking in the morning plus HIIT or similar in the evening), get about 8 hours of sleep (mainly because of the caffeine I take).
In the second to last pick, you'll notice that I packed on so much mass because I bulked for like 7 months. Doing short cycles seems to be a waste of time to me, since I like to see drastic changes, but it may work for some of you.
I'm happy to answer any other q's if you have 'em....

So for your cardio when you cut, you just walked on a treadmill 4x a week and did HIIT once a week? How long did you walk on the treadmill and how intense?
YOur pics are a great example of why people should do cutting and bulking cycles...well done man.

Your traps are lightyears ahead of the rest of your body, it makes one with experience wonder how things could have gotten out of preportion so extremely.

BULKING:
Diet - I ate 3 cans of tuna a day in between meals to keep my amino levels up and keep me anabolic. For meals, just ate anything with enough protein to justify it. I NEVER EVER eat desserts, I think I had 2 or 3 pieces of ice cream during my last 6 month bulk and that's it. I eat until i'm pretty full at every meal. During the course of my bulk I gradually increase cals until I stop seeing muscle gains and only see fat gains. I didn't count cals but I'd put a ballpark number around 5000 towards the end (I gain weight pretty easily so I don't a huge amount).
Training - I lifted 5 days a week, splitting up the major groups as usual. Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, and Arms all have separate days. The rest of the body parts get mixed in wherever fits best. I stuck with DB Press, Deadlift, and Squat (when my knees weren't screwed up) for my core lifts.
Rest - I'm in college, but I still made sure I got a good amount of hours of sleep each night. Generally, I'd go to bed at 9 or 10pm and get up at 7am.
Supplements - While bulking, I took protein powder (a must-have), creatine monohydrate (CEE wasn't as widely available then), multivitamin (another must-have), and an NO2 product (definitely not necessary, but good if you plateau and/or need some extra 'umph' in the gym)

CUTTING:
Diet - Start off low-fat for the first month, then switch to CKD for the second (look up CKD if you dont' know what it is). I slowly worked into lowering my cals by just eating healthier in general, then watching more strictly what I ate (although I didn't count cals this time). I still stuck with 2-3 cans of tuna a day (great source of protein) and lowered my carb intake towards the evening hours. If I did eat before bed, it was either just a protein shake or can of tuna, no carbs or fat.
Training: Walking on the treadmill (45 min, 3.6mph, 3% incline) 4-5 mornings per week on an empty stomach EXCEPT for a 20g protein-only shake beforehand. After the cardio I would lift ONE bodypart such as calves or lats or abs to get them out of the way for the week. Lift 4 days a week: chest/back/legs/shoulders and threw in the other bodyparts left over. On the 5th day, I would do HIIT or something similar (such as run for 20 min and do 10 sprints afterwards).
Rest: I should've been getting around 9+ hours each night but that was hard with the stimulants. I usually got 7-8 hours which still isn't too bad. Occasional nap was thrown in as well.
Supplements: Protein powder, multivitamin, CEE (a must-have on cutting cycles for me now), Ephedra, Caffeine, and ALCAR (the last three were taken in the mornings prior to the walk). Later on in the cut, I took out the ephedra and put in AAKG and green tea (I didn't want the NO2 boost to be canceled by the ephedra). I mainly did this to keep the intensity in my lifting (which was EXCELLENT w/ AAKG and CEE combined).

Thanks for all the comments guys. I appreciate it. As far as my traps, I dont' know what to say, I lift them heavy (DB shrugs) and they grow. Three sets of 8 per week, no tricks.
I started lifting when I was 17 just about to turn 18 and I'm 19 right now.
Here are a few extra pics.
My two weakest parts in my opinion are my arms and my legs. I've had a knee injury recently and haven't been able to do leg lifts.

When you say caffeine, is there a specific product you are talking about? Also, I thought that they stopped sellin ephedra? Again, what is the specfic product? thanks
