I try to wear the minimum required for a workout. I hate that I'm using knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, etc. but that's better than the alternative lol

I started doing the IIFYM and carb cycling diet in the last 4 days. I dropped 2 pounds doing this, keeping carbs below 100 grams and eating everything else even if it's greasy street food and keeping my calories at 2200 give or take 100 calories. My abs and obliques are really looking better. I think I'm gonna get down to 149lbs then start a very slow bulk. I think I'll do the Timberwolf bulk since his methods seems to work great. 2 week bulk 1 week diet and this way you still stay ripped during the bulk.
Let's put a smile on that face :)

strong lift audi, u got 8 plates like me, i stuck at 5 reps working my way up before my lower back gives out. i usually stay around 6 plates or do bent over rows with 6 plates for fun.
last night a video of me before i did 405lbs right after for 5 reps but thats on gf iphone i have to get n upload
