no I keep 5 days worth of meals in the fridge all packaged up and freeze the cooked meat I am not using. cooked just enough veg, rice, cut up veggies and a little extra for the 5-7 days. and yes I do it even if i was not doing a show. Saves me time..I work two jobs and train......I am on the go and really dont want to eff around in the kitchen. Keeps me away from kitchen and snacking too much.

I can't train in the evening's either.
Today was just nuts at the office, and I have a temp that seems to go full retard when it's least convenient (not that it's ever convenient) but the good news is I interviewed a suitable full time replacement Friday and I'm hopeful the second round of interviews goes well so I can say goodbye to her.Insta: flexjs

I love training after work/at night time. I start work at 8 and the thought of waking up at 5am to go workout isn't appealing lol I like to stay up late so I would never get any sleep

You have a great will power. I quit the gym and moved workouts home after the first year of training (at 21 years old). I only go to gym for swimming.
I find it works better on my lifestyle. I can have my kids around me, watch tv and so on. However, I do miss a bit the social aspect of gym friends though.Cool Beta forever.

I workout from home. I would actually have to get up a little earlier to start my workout. I leave for work around 5:20AM. On days I work overtime I leave home at 3AM. I get home around 3:30PM everyday. So it's more practical to work out in the afts / evenings.
Starting work at those times sounds nice, but I bet you work into the late evenings. I prefer to start early and be done early.
lol
It is hard to get to bed on time some nights. I have to make my self.............There is no expiration date on being healthy.

I am looking for someone who can teach me how to properly powerlift. Is there anyone in or around Georgian triangle? Collingwood Ontario area?
I don't know anyone that lifts and I just need someone to teach me the basics and maybe spot me once or twice to make sure that I AM indeed lifting properly. Anyone?

Thank goodness it isn't just me! I've been a night owl all my life and everyone kept telling me I would grow out of it, but I never have.
No matter what time I get to bed, I'm useless in the morning. I like doing morning cardio to wake me up - I feel better for the rest of the day - and then lift around 7-8 pm which is when I'm most "on". Trying to lift in the morning is a waste of time for me, worst workouts ever.training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153696161&page=51
