Caught me! haha just kidding, I can never remember what pics I've posted, I try to remember just staring at my photobucket account. Sometimes you get duplicates!
I should have some good eats coming up this weekend too. Going away for my 2 year wedding anniversary so i'll be a fat kid for the weekend most likely

Front squat - 205 x 9, 8

Today was the closest I've ever been to puking lol. Damn good work out though.
PR on the good mornings I guess, I've just never attempted to go that high. 195 was a good weight for 6, I'll keep bumping from there. Always tough finding a weight that works the first time.
I got some plans/ideas coming up for the next couple months that I'll share soon
2nd set

yep, i tend to keep my feet out in front of me more than most so it puts a stretch on that ham/glute tie in... the primary movers are still my erectors, mostly in the middle back but i still hit hams some. and any exercise that is an elongation exercise like that makes me INCREDIBLY sore for some reason, like unable to stretch/walk/flex sore. i like what they do for my front squat stability but i haven't done them in a while

I drink it black and two splenda homie!
Yeah OHP has def. made nice gains. Especially since switching to proper form. I had pressed 185 before with crap for (not locking out over head, more out front). I can now Press 185 no problem with proper form. I'd suspect I could probably lock out 195 right now.
Thanks for the good words man! TJM is coming to an end though! Time for new things★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Juggernaut - week 11 - Squat - 5's wave
Squat - 285 x 8 (AMAP)
Hack squat - 2pps + 25ps x 12@9RPE, 2pps + 10ps x 12@9RPE
Sumo DL - 335 x 6, 6
Adductor - 135 x 12@9RPE, 125 x 12@8RPE, 125 x 12@9RPE
Misc
Happy with my squats. 1RM projected is 355 which would be a 10 pound PR, and it usually projects under for me so that's good
Sumo's felt great. I worked on fixing my form a bit with advice from Eric Koenreich. I spread my stance out a bit more, and made sure my arms were straight down as opposed to in at an angle a bit. Seemed to help a lot!
I have a lot of other thoughts but I don't have the time right now. I also have some videos from today but forgot my cord at work so they will have to wait too. Off to pack and head up to the mountains for the weekend! I'll talk to you guys on Wednesday★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★
