    In random order (Highest Weight only)

    DB SLDL (55s) s/s with Weighted Jump Squats (40lbs)
    1-legged Squats (45lbs)
    Walking lunges (20s) s/s with Lying Leg curls (90lbs)
    Wide stance leg press ( 155lbs)
    Ball squats

    Lots of mountain climbers, more lunges walking and diagonal, burpees

    Seated Calf Raises (160)

    1) I'm taking my cutting to the next level. I can't argue that things haven't gone well in the last 24 weeks, they did. But I can do better...and I can get much leaner. I'm not in terrible shape, and my strength compared to 10 years ago in somethings is not all that far off in some areas from where it was at its peak. Granted, somethings are not even close! :-p But then, I'm not as big as I was then either, and I'll take the trade off at the moment. See point #2.

    I have brute stength. I am working on getting some form to match....
    Apparently my brute strength has led to some interesting imbalances both from a strength and aesthetic perspective. If I could base my assessment on calves and traps I'd be set for life. However, I was told that this actually means I'm disproportionate.....who knew? Not me.....

    Good call on learning the decline flye and incorporating it into your routine. I love this exercise as it gives me a great stretch in the pecs.

    Workout: Arms/leg stuff/ab stuff

    In random order, highest weights only
    Wide grip Pressdowns (57.5)
    Prone Incline EZ bar curls (40)
    Narrow Grip EZ Cable curls (35)
    Straight Bar Preacher Curls (40)
    Two handed simul. DB kickbacks (20s)
    underhand Grip Pressdowns (42.5)

    Ab Oblique stuff
    Leg stuff with Weighted Jump Squats, walking lunges, diagonal lunges, jump squats, mountain climbers
    Cardio: 35 min LISS on the bike

    In random order, and Highest weights only

    1/4 lateral raises (10s) s/s with Upright Rows (65)
    Candlestick raises (20)
    Rear Delt Pulses (10) s/s with Cable rear delt pullbacks (10)
    Side lateral cable raises (10)
    Diag. DB raises (10)

    Lots of walkouts and mountain climbers

    Seated Calf raise (170)
    Abs stuff

    cardio: 25 min LISS on the bike

    And week 1 is in the bag.

    Tomorrow will be a surprise of sorts....how cheaty the cheat meal gets to be is TBD.
