1-legged Squats (45lbs)
Walking lunges (20s) s/s with Lying Leg curls (90lbs)
Wide stance leg press ( 155lbs)
Ball squats
Lots of mountain climbers, more lunges walking and diagonal, burpees
Seated Calf Raises (160)
Abs....lots
Tomorrow: Back

We discussed.....it was modified...for my pleasure? Wait...wut?

Maybe ice cream next week....we'll see. The boss of me is kinda picky with these things.....you don't even want to know...
1) I'm taking my cutting to the next level. I can't argue that things haven't gone well in the last 24 weeks, they did. But I can do better...and I can get much leaner. I'm not in terrible shape, and my strength compared to 10 years ago in somethings is not all that far off in some areas from where it was at its peak. Granted, somethings are not even close! :-p But then, I'm not as big as I was then either, and I'll take the trade off at the moment. See point #2.
2) You are observant Yep. It be true
Subway at least lets me think I'm eating a regular meal.......
We'll see at what pace I get to enjoy Subway in the upcoming weeks :-p

Notes: So in my spaciness post call I managed to drink Xtend prior to the workout leaving Vaso for during the workout....I probably should start paying attention to what bottle I have in which compartment....oops
I have brute stength. I am working on getting some form to match....
Apparently my brute strength has led to some interesting imbalances both from a strength and aesthetic perspective. If I could base my assessment on calves and traps I'd be set for life. However, I was told that this actually means I'm disproportionate.....who knew? Not me.....

This was the first time out with these. It is definitely a movement pattern I have to find a way to get comfy with because it do be feeling awkward but once I get 'em down I have a good feeling that I'm gonna dig 'em lots.
You wanna know something...I had no idea until say....July 10 at like 1145pm that apparently proportion and this thing called symmetry were things I was not going to get through brute strength and creative lifting strategies. I know...it's crazy talk.

2)Maybe this individual is and does, rumor has it said individual also runs around in 95 degree weather wearing a parka and about 938 layers while playing ultimate frisbee though so it is challenging for the populace to verify. true) that she may in fact be the little spoon.....again, haven't seen this to verify either...so it could all be speculation

I'm pretty sure we would find it pretty entertaining....others maybe not.....I've told Juan to add it to the agenda but he doesn't have a pen available....it's casual day.....

I turn up in all kinds of random locations. If I come to TX....consider a cheat meal part of the itinerary.
