yep... need them... building up reps rather than weight right now... getting used to them again...
dont want to do them... but i am now just doing what i feel like on the day...
prowler is empty... weight to come...

what cardio... all anarobic there or minimal lactic acid...
injuries all good again... where your journal gone???
ye... last 2 reps on the third set were killer... so sore today again... don like it...

You seem to be liking the OH Squat Scott, how are they working for you? I like the superset work too. Shortens the workout and ups the intensity.

Sounds like you took a good hit to the nogin Scott. I had something similar when I played basketball. I went up for a dunk and a guy cut my legs out from under me and I landed on my head. When I finally came to, the trainer said the first thing I said was "put me in coach"...I don't remember much from right before it happend, probably a good thing because people said it was pretty scarey.
