well only the computer labs are open at my school, (mine's a private lab with a keycode to get in) and 3/4 of my class stayed overnight to finish this. Only 3 people finished haha. I got home at 3, started falling asleep, ate dinner, went to bed by 5:30 and got up at 7:30

Lolz i swear I never said I wasn't going to do deadlifts. My back didn't hurt this time but I felt it rounding a bit on the last 2 sets. My friend was at the gym and he wanted to workout with me (hes a lot stronger). That was the only reason I ended up doing rear-pec dec cuz he was there.
Also, theres 2 cable row machines and the weights on the one i just used must be ****ed up because the other machine I can only do like 160 and I do 100 more pounds on this one lol?Workout Log

I actually thought to myself after my workout, I need to get some mass on me so I am going to start lowering the reps. My shoulders are pretty weak though so I need to build some strength in them. I'm also so used to doing sets of 10 and it just feels weird doing like 5 or 6 cuz I'm used to that burning feeling.

I am thinking about doin a competition in november but I can't decide if I should or not. Don't think I would be ready (ie big enough) =( I know it would be a good experience to try but I've only been workin out for not even 2 years so I probably won't end up doing it until next year.

Oh ya breh's i went to get new jeans today, I went with my sister so she basically just grabbed jeans and made me try them on. It was quite the experience must have tried on like 15 pairs because they wouldn't fit. Couldn't even get some over my ass haha.

ok I had my deep tissue massage and wow it was painful. He just worked mainly on my shoulders loosening them up. It was only 30m but about 15 minutes in my body just started shaking haha. He said it was because of low blood sugar after that. When it was done I felt light headed and I sat in my car just shaking for a few minutes before I left haha.
