Nice! I will have to pop mine in the freezer and see how it turns out too. I may top mine with some Strawberry Syrup since I used Chocolate Protein.

Microwave cheesecake is awesome. But eating a tub of cream cheese in one sitting would cause SO much bloat for me lol.

Some yes some no. Some people have stomach of steel and someone like myself who has oats would be bloated for a few hours. Everyone is different. I tend to stay away from dairy and fiber before a workout unless I am training fasted

I made the cookies last night. I did a couple the original way (not pictured). And the rest I put a few M&Ms in. However, the coloring of the m&ms started to melt while cooking lol.

Now for about half the batch I microwaved them at 45 seconds and those ones turned of crunchy but decent. Then the other half I did 30 seconds and they turned out "chewy". Now neither were AMAZING but they were really good for what they're worth and for 400 cals (with m&ms) they were filling.

Bob, my question is, how did yours turn out? What is the ideal texture? I'm definitely making these again later, I love them lol.

    Here's them!!!:

Mine were very chewy and not hard or crunchy all microwave temps will vary with the wattage you just got to find what works.

    Glad you enjoyed it bud

Hmm what was your recipe? Something may have masked the taste. Mine were pretty strong and my family even said they were good as well and could taste the flavoring through the cookies

But we all have different taste buds!

    Recipe:
    40g Pancake mix/Flour
    Dash of Salt
    Dash Cinnamon
    Few Splenda Packets
2 Scoop Cellucor PB Marshmallow Whey
1 Cup or 2 6oz Packets of Greek Yogurt
Tub of Fat Free Cool Whip (10-12oz)
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese

    Directions:

Take the Cream cheese and leave out to room temp
Beat the Cream Cheese with a handmixer or stand up mixer,
In a separate bowl mix the Cinnamon, Splenda, Whey, and pancake mix/flour and add to your cream cheese
Lastly mix in the greek yogurt and stir again with the handmixer/stand up mixer
Once your creation is complete throw into a 9x9 or 8x8 Pan and throw into the freezer

    After about 2 hours
Take the tub of Fat Free Cool whip and swirl it into the mixture (the outside of the base should be hard but the middle still soft)
This will give you the layer looking like marshmallow but its actually cool whip and adds a ton of volume for the amount of carbs it does offer
Then continue to let freeze overnight (to eat the next day) or for another 2-3 hours until the whole mixture solidified and you can cut into 4-6 square’s (I did 4)

Believe it or not Delcua's has a bodybuilding menu with healthier choices (big omeletes, oatmeal, wheat toast, fruit cups etc etc) but they still cook everything in butter and oil LOL so much for helping out on the fat intake right?

Yeah I saw, like 6 egg white and 6 turkey sauage links? That's pretty awesome. But you gotta love that, take out the yolk and add in the butter...I could only imagine the amount of butter used for the home fries...but damn are they good at diners.

You can watch them cook all your food (open kind of restaurant) its insane how many people they file in a small kitchen, but yeah they have huge mounds of butter and they just chop it off a block and throw it on the grill. Pretty interesting how its still "Bodybuilding" friendly.

If you ask them to use cooking spray they will look at you like.... What?

Hey Bob, can cottage cheese be a substitute for the cream cheese in your microwave cheesecake recipe? I prefer the taste of the former but if not I could probably make do with the original recipe.

Cottage cheese would not bind it would be runny when microwaved (think about that for a bit)
Gotta be cream cheese it's always the base for a cheesecake or mostly any cheesecake recipe you find
