Im gonna PM you brah
yeah, like a month ago. After taking ~12 months off from the gym, I got back into it too quickly and guess I did too much weight on lateral or rear raises.
I went to a more general doctor 2 weeks ago and he said to just take it easy for a couple weeks, but I'm gonna see a sports surgeon in another couple weeks, bc although even at my worst I could work out everything (Except delts), I'm still scared something is wrong, and sometimes I feel pain in the shoulder when lifting something heavy upLast edited by SammyJr; 07-03-2015 at 08:27 AM.

well, not consistently. Many times I go months not doing anything, then maybe a week of going back at it, then stop again. I've probably been to the gym 8 times in the past year.
i took a lot of time off to heal the leg, and then a lot of time off to heal the pec. So there was a long period where I didn't work out anything. Then I took additional time off to study for school/mcat. And it sucks, on my first day back with tons of free time, I tear a rotator cuff and prob need surgery.
i looked better at 18 than I do now, almost 22. very depressing since BB is so important to my life, and yet i constantly see people bigger than me who prob occasionally lift
i need to start using drugsFull Blown Baby

i developed gyno too! idk how the hell that even happened lol, maybe stress? Well I've lost a ton of strength in everything and my body fat is pretty high. i'm ~185 now but much less muscular :/
ultimately it's my fault, but I actually was doing less weight with every exercise. Then my last exercise b4 I went home was lateral/rear raises. My new gym thought it'd be a great idea to get rid of the multiple 20 and 15 lb dumbbells, and the only thing left on the rack was 25 lbs, so I used 25 lbs for lateral raises (what I normally used to do, but I should've done 15 or 20). that's still pretty low to most people but I guess I'm naturally very weak.Full Blown Baby

Dragon Ball Super is an anime television series produced by Toei Animation that began airing on July 5, 2015. It is the first Dragon Ball anime produced in 18 years and is set after the defeat of Majin Boo, when the Earth has become peaceful once again. It is broadcast on Sundays at 9:00 am on Fuji TV.

this may be bro science but i recall u were a low bodyfat for some time after your comp. maybe lifting at a super low bodyfat led you to get so many injuries, maybe even ur shoulder. i know when i tore my labrum my initial tear was tiny and a long time before one day i stretched wrong and it just popped. i think being super shredded can also mess with ur hormones, it certainly does for women. maybe thats why u got gyno.
whats the doc saying about that?

9 time 45 plus 6 times 100 is 1005, what am i doing wrong? 2 of the 100s must be a 45s i guess.
His attitude after the injury and not being able to compete is almost as impressive as the lift itself. Top power lifting is one of the most impressive things i have ever seen in my life."Kai's traps outsize him, when you compare them to the rest of his body, he's very very thick there, it makes him unbalanced." - Lee Thompson

Just want to also drop my 2 cents here. BB.com was nothing but helpful with their customer service earlier this year when I had an order around January. They are pretty good at it and customer service is very important to me always. I have ordered fromt hem over the year probably since 2008 or something anyway.

I will ask the doctor about that when I see him on July 17. Idk man, I didn't get any injuries when I was super shredded. For the first injury (hamstring tendon), I was ego lifting 250 lb hamstring curls and deserved to get injured.
I think I got this rotator cuff problem because I hadn't worked out for so long, I lost a lot of strength but wasn't using very light weight like I should have. I never had this before. Basically the last time I regularly worked out upper body was ~July 2014, so I had a year of recovering lol.
I also never had gyno until I quit working out, I was also very stressed studying like 70 hrs per week. I may have gotten the gyno like 2 months ago. hopefully i don't need surgery on that too?
I won't know for another couple weeks . I think it's a minor tear but supposedly even minor tears need surgery.Full Blown Baby
