Bench it could, probably would only shoot for 352. Squats I seem to be fine, cut down to 181 last November and squatted 505 without ever hitting that in the gym, and I have a 505x2 under my belt right now. By deadlifting time I should be 188-190 so it shouldn't effect it too much. Realistically would be going 529-352-573/584.
Ha yeah 5 days out. I would just drop most carbs and drink a lot of fluids until friday when I wring myself out or just spit a sh*t ton (or both lol).
Good point. It's not like I haven't done this before.
I'll decide today.

Uh, I hit 355 paused a week or two ago. 330 was gonna be my opener for Saturday but I am lowering it to 319.
Dropped almost all my carbs (only 32g in the past 24 hours, if you don't count the veggies in a salad), and have been drinking a ton of water. Only 188 after a chaotic (read: sweaty) night at work. Gonna have some eggs, Diet Mountain Dew, and chew some Grizzly.
I'll probably be opening higher than everybody in the flight on every lift, not sure how I feel about this?
Gotta plan my nutrition during the meet better this time. I wanna be close to 190 by the time I bench if possible.

Grizzly as for the rest of it nice. What are you going to open on dl? I want be be close to 190 in my lifetime. I am almost positive these are for geared lifters. These are the raw ones http://www.rawpowerlifting.com/pdf/R...nStandards.pdf

Lol I could gnaw on Grizzly all day, just don't like gutting it at work
Thinking only 507 on deadlifts. First attempt will be to get the jitters out, second attempt will be something I KNOW I WILL HIT NO MATTER WHAT like 551-562 and the third will be something risky but obviously within reason. My attempts are changing since I have to factor in the fatigue associated with cutting. We can discuss our attempts on Friday.
That link doesn't work for me though I do think the numbers on Ironlife's link for Elite are really good though, since there are a few (VERY FEW) guys that do hit those totals, which essentially defines elite. Nobody currently has a 1642 total at 181, but I would bet a lot of money Wade Hooper could total close to 1700 raw in that class.

Those are definitely geared totals.
I hate my car.
On a side note, I almost freaked out and ate a couple cans of ravioli and a package of Oreos that are in my cupboard. 5 plain eggs just made me feel super fukin hungry. Gonna try for 0 carbs for at least another 24 hours though, probably will have a nice sandwich before I lift tomorrow.

You shouldn't have any trouble making weight. *Cutting water is really all you'll have to do. I'd be careful with the cutting of carbs. Obviously doing it will help you shed even more water via glycogen depletion, but too much could be very detrimental to your performance. *24hr or 2hr weigh ins? *What's your plan for replenishment? *
1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.

My weight is about 188 right now so that is perfect. Gonna be eating a little more now but just limiting fluids. I have a sauna suit I can use.
After weigh-ins I am gonna down a couple bottles of Pedialyte and a couple sandwiches, then keep drinking Gatorade and Red Bull throughout the day and have some more sandwiches. Don't want to eat too much though. Might add some Power Bars too though.
Not far from my regular diet, just replace the dew with milk lol.

I can definitely be the designated driver and you guys can crash at my place if you like after the festivities. I live in Minnetonka about 45 minutes away from Elk River. Unfortunately you can only crash on the floor at my place, my roommate owns the couches and doesn't like people sleeping on them, so bring sleeping bags if that's what you decide to do. We can figure it out at the meet anyway.

Absolutely. It's all mental from here out.
Yo it's in Minneapolis not Elk River. Probably not more than 20 minutes from your house I would guess.

But yeah that sounds awesome. We are going to tear sh*t up after the meet.
Lol I am gonna be demolishing everything right after weigh-ins.
