Been a couple of busy days here... I ran into a guy and ended up volunteering myself to help coach a pee wee football league. I'm excited about it, but it's taking up a TON of my free time (which I didn't have in the first place). It will look good on a resume though and kind of helps me relive my past, since I played in the same league for 4 years when I was a youngin. I was conservative with the weight this week and will be upping the poundage next week for me ME days. Looking forward to it .*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

coaching sounds fun!
So how did you like the glute bridges? Did you do them with shoulders on a bench?
I've also started including them more regularly but I swear the limiting factor half the time is the pain from the bar in hip flexors! (with sissy pad)SQ 205kg DL 240kg BP 105kg SOHP 70kg at 80kg BW

Argh, my days have been so hectic. It's work, school work, practice and sleep. That about sums it up. I've been peppering in my workouts when I can and have been loosely tracking macros. In fact, there were some days where I know for sure I was under calorie wise. Hopefully things start to settle down or I adjust to where I can fit everything in lol. Since I've been on the run a lot, I haven't been able to prep a bunch of good eats, so I haven't been snapping many pics. I do have SOME that I'll post though. Tomorrow is a day off... FINALLY!

I'm a cross-fitter. Didn't you know, brah?
Meh, soon my friend, soon.
Simple :
1 egg + 1 white
30g. chocolate whey
40g. flour
40g. oats
100g. cottage cheese
2 whites
50g. banana
30g. sf chocolate syrup
1 packet splenda
baking powder
Add some water and throw ingredients in blender (make sure you add water as you go so they're not too runny)
After they are well blended, throw on a hot griddle and cook.
Top with whatever you like! (I used pb and chocolate chips)
Thanks holmes

Great things happening in here as always brother. I know the schedule gets rough. School starts for me again in a few days. Back to the ol' grind!

update
Going to get a quick update in for you guys. Unfortunately, I injured myself while squatting yesterday. Nothing too serious that will set me back for long, but it is definitely painful. I have a bruised rib or two from my inzer belt. It was most likely due to poor belt positioning before the set, but it definitely hurt like a MF'er! I still got an upper ME workout in today, but I was very conservative with the weights being used, seeing as it was tough to keep my rib cage expanded during bench, etc. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has injured his ribs squatting with an izer. I guess I just need to break the belt in more and take care with my positioning.
On another note, I got out riding on my dirt bike this past weekend. It was a blast . I went up by my brother's and we ripped some trail riding. Coming from strictly an MX background, it was a bit odd to make the transition. I'm used to being able to use the whole track versus a small ass trail. It was a lot of fun, and I look forward to getting some more seat time this summer.

Here's a lap of the trail. As you can see, I had no idea where the hell I was going at some points, so I'm not going all out . Near the end of the day, I was putting down some pretty good laps. I was impressed at how quickly it came back to me
