where to start-
I welcome anyone as well to this challenge of ours. Whoever wants to jump on for the ride they are more than welcome.
- i'm anti-supps. i spent enough money in the past, and like anth says...
If your diet and training aren't in check then the supps are useless.
- uhm, there's more i wanted to jam into this post, but i can't remember and can't see straight though..lol must get myself to bed.

- i was wondering if you wouldn't mind, sometime checking out my meals i've posted on my fitday. feel free to tear them apart. I want to bring my carb levels down to 50-75. But i really don't want to be eating chicken /fish day in and day out... not sure how to bring my levels down without making it a near meat diet. *blah*
