4-20-11 400 cal Cardio - 4 days post contest
morning weight : 162.0
400 cals in 27:59
misc.
First time doing cardio in like 3 weeks lol. I did do some light cardio 1 day pre contest just to try and clean up the spill, but other than that, this is my first time back haha. Had a hard time keeping my HR under 150!! Before I had a hard time getting it up there. Must be my metababobleleesum or something. Here's some eats from the past day.
greek yogurt, bananas, wf choc
greek yogurt, banana nut cheerios, Fib1 caramel delight, FF ballpark, pop tart
made another juicy lucy and oven fries! - not counting ketchup ftw!
prebed - pancake, casein sludge, green beans, caaaandy!
topped that pancake wit da sludge
breakfast today

Lookin good as always Billy. You use 96/4 for your hamburgers? Also what do you season your potato fries with? Trying to get some new ideas. I wish I could find those FF ballparks. How do they compare to the HNs?

lol It was mighty tasty! Haven't had a 5th avenue since I was like 12
Yessir! I used TJ's 96/4. The pic doesn't show it, but it was RARE in the middle. SOOO good.
The Ballparks are cheaper but not nearly as good. After I finish these, I'll spend the extra buck for the HN's. They're so much better.
