I know I posted this on your fb wall, but figured I would in here also. I have a ton of respect for your work ethic and I feel like I relate to you quite a bit because you remind me of myself ~6-8yrs ago. Just keep busting your ass and good things will happen. 6-8yrs ago I would have never thought I would have a natural pro card, passed my phd qualifying exam, and be ~2yrs away from finishing my PhD in one of the top nutritonal science programs in the country. You will be amazed how fast time goes by and how much you are able to accomplish. Keep crushing it and I will be following.

Hahahaha!!!
Thanks man! For me, I have ALWAYS needed goals or else I completely loose my mind...srs. Every year I get a regular notebook and completely fill it with goals. I have PAGES upon PAGES filled with goals for:
-Family (keeping my family traditions alive this year, spending more time with my brother and sister, helping my parents out financial, etc.)
-Academics (beat my last GPA, get inducted into multiple honors societies, deans list, BS, MS, PhD, learn 3 new facts per day, etc.)
-Bodybuilding (squat 350x15, squat 500x1, gain muscular size and strength while keeping a lower body fat %, etc.)
-Business (expand Beast Fitness, work as hard as possible in any part/full time job, etc.)
-Personal (inspire others, help others, treat others the way I would want to be treated EVERYDAY, step out of my comfort zone to better myself and others, etc.)
I literally have pages filled and its only a couple days into 2013...too many to post here and some that are too personal to say. If you'd like to hear more about my bodybuilding goals, as I have about 1 million goals to hit before earning my pro card, I could list some! Let me know
Thanks a lot man! I use everything and anything as fuel! Angry, happiness, whatever! It means a lot to hear that from you...thanks a lot!
Thanks so much man! I have always looked up to you in the past and really appreciate you taking the time to stop in and say such nice things! Time has been flying like CRAZY but I'm loving every second of the struggle! Again...thanks man!!!advertising not permitted

If I had to say one of the best things my parents have thought me since I was young, I would pick that...no matter I did when I was younger, my parents instilled that mind set in me and I cannot love them enough for it! Hard work will ALWAYS. WIN.
Wow thanks man! I'm so glad I can help provide some motivation!advertising not permitted

425 Sumo deads and 5 plate T bar rows for high reps!
And cool new shoes as well!
How's the weight going now ---- still 190 or are you slowly getting closer to 200 yet?"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Thanks man! As I said, I need goals...goals = focus = happy alex
DEFINITELY suggest that everyone has goals...if you dont know where you wanna be...then you wont be taking the right steps forward
HAHA! Love it!
Thanks a lot man! Will get some various vids up once things are a little less hectic lol. Weight is still around 190 lbs. My body is starting to kinda recomp...for the past couple weeks I've been getting visibly bigger, leaner, and strength is still increasing...most likely due to the nutritional plans I've been doing...once I finalized my workout routine I also finalized my nutritional approach in terms of macro and calorie cycling between power, hypertrophy, and rest days...will post more later!
YEP! Exactly man! NOTHING BUT HARD WORK!!!!
Haha thanks man! Glad you like them!
Thanks dude! Gotta push it harder!
I have some lifting stats from when I started this offseason 6 months ago...
squat- 225 x5 to 425x1 (current number is a lot higher...hit 425 easy a couple days ago...most likely around 450x1 now)
deadlift- 225x6 to 470x1 (again, number is probably higher but not a fan of DL'ing 1 rep)
bench- 95x8 to 255x1 (ish)
BB Row- 165x10 to 315x5
1 arm DB row- 60x10 to 135x8
OHP- 80x8 to 125x8
Incline BB press- 115x4 to 185x6
Those are just a few rough numbers...the other lifts are in my previous goals notebook...will check it out when I have free time if you want more posted up!advertising not permitted
