Thanks for your good reply. Your rite i do need to work out my own macros. however i cannot find the sticky your talking about. Is it in this section of the board? Ye i know what you mean about the keto diet, i am actually sick of living like that and miss eating my full veges and fruit. So this is why i need a change.
Also wat is inb4eatingcandyalldaywontchangemycomposition?
I have no idea what you wer referring to. Sorry. If you can give me a link for that macro sticky then i will start working them out.
Thank you

after sending my questions to PBAteman2, I got some point to start using this diet. But I have to prepare anything related to it
I know I will love it because it fits my religious way and it's easy to use. I don't have to eat six meal a day anymore, yeay! LOL

here is the thread you need http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981
and the inb4eatingcandy.......
it was a joke because any time someone around here says "calories in vs calories out" you get some jackass that says " so what you're saying is I could just eat snickers bars all day and as long as I can fit it in my calories and macros I will lose weight" Which the answer is yes but you will look and feel like s#it.
There is always one. So its kinda like.. I was acknowledging it before someone came in and said it.

Thanks for the congrats femme and I also suffer from being over anal and over analyzing everything. Are you competing in the 90 day contest?
Maybe my prize pack from ON prize pack will have some bcaa in it lol. The beta alone is the tingling pricking feeling and it really gets you lifting quick lol. My half scoop of assualt still caused my skin to prickle. So ill do it that way.

Lol, I had the same problems when I first started, and if I would usually have to choke my last meal down to make sure it was only an 8 hour eating window.
I used to be addicted to Jack3d, srs I felt like shiit all day until I took it and absolutely would not go to the gym without it. Once I finally gave it up though I've never felt better.
drizzle olive oil, seasoned salt, and pepper over 'em, bake em at 425 for 20-25 mins. I prefer Sweet Potato Fries myself with cinnamon and brown sugar.

See the difference is though, that my preworkout occurs 6 hours before I actually break my fast. Im not talking about preworkout, train, and then postworkout meal. Im talking about preworkout, train, BCAA, and continue several more hours fasted...hence my conern with a 65+ calorie preworkout concoction. Still think your initial thoughts hold weight?
If I were breaking the fast post workout anyway, then sure I wouldnt care...but Im several hours away still during my preworkout phase.Team Never Full

Beginning my cut after a 16 week bulk.
Would you guys say there is any benefit in starting eca later when I plateau compared to starting it now?"Don't cry because you want to quit, cry because you keep going so hard it hurts. When you want to succeed as bad as u want to breath, THEN you will be successful"

Layne Norton: I've never added more than 12 lbs of muscle in a year and most years it was closer to 5 or less. But when you maintain that for over 10 years and you don't miss workouts, it's amazing what can happen

Thanks, but that didn't answer my question lol.
I'll try to explain what im asking better.
When cutting, I usually hit a plateau after several weeks. I was thinking of saving EC stack for getting through that plateau. But that would mean I would NOT benefit from it's help in sparing muscle up to the plateau point.
So should I begin taking EC now, and take it all through out my 16 week cut? or begin later?"Don't cry because you want to quit, cry because you keep going so hard it hurts. When you want to succeed as bad as u want to breath, THEN you will be successful"

It depends on your goals. I believe one should build a foundation of strength first. The traditional bodybuilding routine is meant to increase muscle size, not over all strength. Of course you will get stronger but not power lifter strong. I have personally spent far too long trying to look good, now it's time to go back to the basics.
What's the point of having a nice house on a weak ass foundation.http://www.youtube.com/user/AntWrig

When I first started IF I would do BCAA's + Supp -> train -> cardio and I wouldnt start eating until 4 hours after my cardio session, and a total of 7 hours after I woke up so you will be fine
Personally.. I dont take ECA but I am using a thermogenic to help with appetite suppression as I go into my cut because coming out of a bulk into a cut is cruel and unusual punishment Trying to EASE into it isnt helping either.
@ 2-Stroke - Yes I am doing the challenge, I am starting officially Jan 3rd and Im 'fat' as hell right now due to a bulk and some inner demons that were awakened during that time.. so I am ready to do it. I have 100k reasons to do it What was your prize for winning the weekly? An ON supplement package?

I take about 6g Beta-Alanine, 5g Creatine, 6g GABA(i know about bbb), 6g Vit C all split into 3 doses per day.
I think BA and GABA are types of amino acids? Will they effect my fast at all?

Yes take BCAA's.....especially if pwo is that far away.
Martin is pretty damn firm on that.
He also DOES NOT recommend fasted training on just nothing. If people want to do that, obviously it's fine though lol.
But do it like he recommends if you're worried/it's probably the best option? (I dunno, really, I don't train fasted)

Oh.. Im about to spank this challenge.. thats all there is to it I might have a layer of fluff right now but there is treasure under there Dont get me wrong... I *hope* I win overall but I *will* be a runner up. haha.. Just sayin'
It would have to be supplements being shipped from ON. Let me know if you get any "fitness fiber", that trips me out. Like really? Whats special about fitness fiber.. how is it different from 'regular' fiber Let me know! I hope I can win contestant of the week or whatever.. I want some free s#it.

I have tried this a little bit and it worked well for me. I intend next semester (have already started this break) to really dive in, though not with fasted strength training. No, I will restrict my fasted training to cardio/running, as I believe there are some definite benefits to cardio performed this way.
I will: wake up, class etc, run around at ~11am (depending on schedule), take some bcaas/lil creatine, wait, eat around 5pm, workout at around 7:30pm, and then finish eating at around 10-11pm. I am excited for some recomp.eric cressey is a pimp
