Well, in regards to having a "six pack" you do want your abs to be developed. Plus more muscle = more calories burnt throughout the day = more food to be eaten.
You may not need to work them out as often as I do, but I would definetly increase the intensity. Plus, try incorporating more workouts that involve your core. For example, instead of seated military presses try doing them standing up. Over time, little things like that go a long way.

I really hope thats a typo.................................plz say it is lol.
if i did it right, shouldnt it be like 48.65 g's?
Even so............STILL way to low IMO, just add some EVOO and some NUT butters to everything, nut butter tastes good on all things
EDIT: Or from what i hear, coconut oil has no taste, so you could put that on stuff.Last edited by ilove2run; 09-18-2009 at 09:09 AM.

Depends what makes me gain around .5-1lb a week.
Reverse cut, don't want to just sky rocket my cals.
It is and I am, but at the moment coming from keto, carbs look much more appealing
Thanks! The food will get better, once I have a kitchen to work with, and don't have to cook everything in my room.Last edited by andrewpoleon; 09-18-2009 at 12:07 PM.

Nobody really seems me doing it, but they don't care. They thought it was weird how hard core I was last year, with the M&F diet, and kind off socially ( like going out with them) I would isolate myself, but now that's over. And they are actually pretty impressed from all the good smells that are coming from my room. Plus I am about to start a tea and coffee club at the school, with my frats resident scholar, so that will be cool.

Sadly no, I got a ticket though. You should come to my frats tailgate for some free stuff. So tomorrow will be a bit of a cheat day, like today. Btw, I am getting up at 6:30 and going to work out.
I am in Sigma Phi Epsilon.
It's there, you gotta read better :PIn College Bulk Log:

DAY 5 of Bulk, in College
So I had to be out of the house for 8 hours today, so the day turned into a bit of a cheat, since I didn't want to be in amazing DT seattle, and go to subway because I knew their nutritional info.
Food: Grits, choco chip, and protein powder.
Nutritional Data: 451cals, 27p, 56c, 11f
Food: Protein, puffins, puffed rice, and yogurt.
Nutritional Data: 450cals, 38p, 60c, 4f
Food: Oatmeal and steak.
Nutritional Data: 594cals, 61p, 54c, 13.3f
Then went to downtow seattle, had a potato and mushroom pirojok. (forgot that there was a Russian run bakery there, hadn't had one of these in 7 years).
then went to the chocolate box, and had the most orgazmic hot chocolate ever, I don't care if you are pre contest, you have to have this, 8oz of pure satisfaction, I got the one with caramel and sea salt, got it was good!
sadly my camera for some reason did not save that immage
Then had dinner at this nice place called the dragon fish, first was the shrimp thing in vodka sauce
and then some salmon
so I know that that all wasn't 1100 cals, but when I got back home, I was hungry, and well had a lot of sereal, some pb, and nuttella... i'm sure that put me over 2600, oo well 1 hour bike ride, and a workout before the game will fix that. Tomorrow will be a tail gate cheat, and then, good ol' exact calorie count can return.
*not counting seattle trip.
Total: 1495cals, 126p, 170c, 28.3f
Split: 35/ 47.3/ 17.7
Just a note, I am not counting small quantities of carbs or calories from green keto friendly veggies. If you guys have any comments let me know! Thanks.

Amazing, I for one can't stand oats with anything. On the other hand I absolutely adore plain oats with a few tablespoons of water (no cooking involved either) to give them that chewy, hard and dry consistency/texture. Aaah, can't wait to wake up every morning to have my 2 cups of plain oats...
Weird I know, but it's that one unusual thing that works for me. And don't get me wrong, I love gourmet food. There's just something about plain uncooked oats that makes me eat up to 300 grams every day!

No calories counted today, just an epic day for UW, did work out after the game, but consumed a lot of cereal, some cc, pb, nuttela, hagen daz, definetly went over 2600 cals.
Honey, banana cinnamon omelet.
Tail Gate food
Tuna, cc, red hot, and some salt and italian spices.
PS
