Agreed. And keep in mind the guy is 37. Staying at 156lbs means his heart has to do a lot less work than if he was 190lb. Regardless of whether you are ripped or not, maintaining a lower bodyweight as you grow older is extremely good for your long term organ health. He's much less likely to get sick/injured than even your average young'un.

yeah he has a small frame and probably looks like crap with clothes on. with my frame i need to be 185-190 lean. Maybe bigger but I'll reevaluate when I get there.
