A Kroc row is just a high rep db row. Wendler recommends 20 to 40 reps.

FYI, Kroc rows are named after Matt Kroczaleski. They are a particular variation that he made up, tailored to him. He also has a Kroc chin.

idk what's going on in this thread but I just tried goat's milk for the first time. I think I can extrapolate what biting into a live goat tastes like from the milk... I don't think that's a good thing. It's not terrible though and I could get used to it. Need to find a place to try some raw goat and cow milk. I've heard it's so much better tasting.

She weighed 297 (her admission), and she said she has lost a total of 800 lbs in the last decade (from losing 100 lbs and then putting it back on). She was so fat she dropped something on the floor and I thought she was going to die of a heart attack while picking it up. I refused to sell her anything (not because she was fat) and told her to get her diet on point and get her ass to the gym. And she waddled away (waddle waddle).
