Sup, this mornings WOD was ill
30 Dl of 135, 30 Burpee, 30 squats with no weights in 20 minutes AMRAP
I did 3 rounds in 20 minutes
Prior we did deadlifts and surprised myself and DL'd 335x4 easily. I haven't really went this heavy since I injured it a while ago getting careless with DL. I think I can get the 405 finally. Will try this weekend.Instagram= lighteyedhapa
