The origin of broscience: in this thread, the OP links to a blog post containing his notes from ISSN Symposium in Tampa, which include some glaringly silly assertions.
I guess it's not too surprising, as the ISSN is sponsored by lots of supplement companies. Perhaps it's GNC, one of their sponsors, that actually provides the curriculum.

This is supposed to only alert us to bro threads in the NUTRITION forum, not other forums.
^^ word or warning to any non-teen who thinks about posting in that ^^ thread.
I received my one and only infraction for posting a comment in the teen forum.
The explanation I was given was a 40 year old has no business posting in the teen forum and it was implied that I must be a ****phile. Non-teens, stay out, b/c the mods over there like to keep it teens only. Blind leading the blind.

Need some advice. Busy bulking, gained roughly 5 KGs thus far in a month. I'm keeping it very clean, eating only complex carbs, lean protein and healthy fats. At first making my macro (13000 Kj's over 5 meals) was hard, not being used to eating this much. My gains are already starting to show and thankfully I'm not losing any definition. I am however terrified of gaining fat and have already developed a layer of what I hope to God is water weight (Im using creatine mono 5g daily) over my abs. Any one here able to set my mind at ease, I need a pro to tell me "stop being a pussy and eat that bowl of oats/ton of nuts/steak". Any other tips would be greatly appreciated as well.
