I doubt it "fits into your diet." It might be within your macros but it's not the kind of fat/carbs you want to be taking in. It's a cheat, that simple. Nobody can tell you "no." But I highly recommend against it.
My advice? It's just one more garbage thing to cut out of your diet. 1 lb fat = 3500 cals. Your coffee = 230 cals. 3500/230 = 15.2. Basically, one of these every day for two weeks = one excess pound to lose. Drinking black coffee as opposed to cream/sugar coffee is such an easy way to cut a few calories here and there that will really add up over time.
You drink coffee for the caffeine, right? Cream/sugar doesn't help you there. If you don't like it black, add skim milk and/or Splenda or just drink a milder roast. My guilty pleasure: excessive cardio.
Progress towards the 1000 lb club: 945/1000
Bulking until I hit 1000. I don't care if it takes a 40 pound weight gain. No more pussyfooting around.

Although not everyone agrees with this, I tend to. I'd personally rather eat my calories than drink them - same reason I'd drink a diet soda over a regular one. A regular one isn't going to fill me up any more from the 150+ more cals than the diet one, so why not have the diet + something to eat to fill the 150 cals?
However maybe the OP already gets full as shiit off of his completely dialed in macros and this fits in to them and the sugar is great pwo and it makes him whole as a person etc etc, then just drink the damned thing.

No clue about weight loss... Adding the cream and sugar will only incrementally halt your weight loss and negate any effects of the coffee... If coffee were burning 250 cals a day by drinking it, you'd see even more caffeine addicts than there are now.
Myself, I like the buzz, it gets me going, it helps my writing.
It is my only "vice", so to say, and not a particularly bad one at that. I could certainly be out boozing, smoking, or eating fast food and cupcakes.
However, I do drink it black. If it is at home I generally make a french press of quality coffee.
I also drink espresso black, in the form of an Americano.
I think a lot more people would like it black if they drank good fresh roasted beans.
Folgers, gas station coffee, maxwell house, the crap in the office pot... Now those I definitely can not drink black. Starbucks is "OK" ...honestly their beans are often too old of a roast and they roast it a bit too long, hence the burnt taste.
I usually get some fair trade roast wherever I am locally, can generally get better stuff at Whole Foods or similar.
Get yourself a french press and a coffee grinder, spend more on some fresh roasted beans (Check the date). Same process and a cheapo espresso machine also works.
