    different levels of different hormones, more than just test and estrogen come into play, and altering levels of 1 hormone can have an effect on several others (think prolactin for example, it's not all just T/E)

    pubertal gyno as mentioned, pseudo-gyno. I think others are just more likely to have a binding to the estrogen receptors.

    so for someone who has a slight minor case of pubescant gyno, would novedex xt be ok at low doses? would you have to seriously taper down off of it or something?

    i have a minor case or puberty gyno but want to take novedex xt at like just 2 pills a night opposed to four.

    Any hormonal product is going to be risky with a pre-existing condition. Some people respond well to ATD (found in novedex) whilst others don't. It may have the opposite effect of what you're looking for and actually cause a flare.
