Not planning on it. Raw Nationals or bust.
Haha thanks dude.
Just showing what I've been up to
Yeah I noticed that when creeping through your log, just a lot of basic stuff. I definitely approve lol.
Hats are a must for guys like me who have their hair slowly creeping back at a young age.

Wearing a hat while working out increases the risk for SI joint injuries by 237%
Sure thing. I already saw the 545 and that didn't look too hard, but I'll take another look at it. You should post the 573.
I don't remember how much you can do.
Tried to max out one day for that MISC challenge but didn't post anything about it, hit 205x1 pretty easy then missed 235 after getting it moving a little bit.
Now that I've been doing more incline bench and laterals I imagine it's gotten a little stronger, plus I'm doing kettlebell clean and jerks pretty frequently. I'll try to find a good time to max it soon.
Definitely lulzy. Not too worried

Hey bro, you said in your vid that you're having SI Joint issues. I had SI Joint discomfort for around 6 months, it sucks. Tried lots of things to fix it (physio for months on end/stretching/rolling and nothing helped)...This video solved it INSTANTLY.
Hopefully this helps you as well.Strength is more useful than weakness.

Gotta do something. Don't know if I could justify going that light though. We'll see.
Lol.
Thanks. Actually saw that video a long time ago when I was first dealing with the SI injuries. Got my SI joint to pop one time and it felt awesome, but didn't seem to alleviate anything long term.
Still sometimes do it though because I like the way it makes my back feel.
So fat.
Should we all get speedos?
That would definitely be a rough time after getting back from Russia.
LOL. We now see where you really stand with Arian.

My back is giving me problems. Squats are not effected by it whatsoever but it's killing my deadlift. I have some plans on how to move forward right now though. Not every week can have me grinding.
Thanks dude, though it seems I can barely pull 545 for 1 right now. I'd much rather have it the other way around

Holy cow I feel like I'm going to die. This is the second Friday in a row I've had really bad cold like symptoms and ended up puking after my workout. The rest of the week I feel fine. I really think it's from my apartment being so disgusting, and that I spend extra time there on Thursday nights because I have the night off. Lease is up in 3 weeks and it looks like the old lady and I will be finding a place to live together so that should be nice. Actually getting sick from being in my apartment too long just isn't cool.
We were headed out of town to my parent's house so we stopped at another gym that our memberships worked at. The bars were a little thicker than what I'm used to but it didn't effect me too much. If I would have felt any better I would have played around with the trap bar or the farmer's walk thing they had. Overall it was a pretty awesome place.
Yeah, I need to not kill myself every time.

Cold is still bothering me but I've been downing absurd amounts of dayquil so I'm managing.
Realized today that deadlifts have been affecting my SI joint to a greater degree because of my stance being too close. I'm really not built to deadlift very well, so I can't get away with a really narrow conventional stance like some guys can. Taking a wider stance should allow me to keep my hips closer to the bar which will help take stress off the SI joint. Can't wait to try it out on Wednesday.
Lol, I'll be alright dude. I've known her for like 2.5 years.
