    Yes....just don't advertise it or Hot 'n Ready pizzas will be force fed to you in mass quantities. A lot of cutting is happening this time of year, so not so bad at all

    Yeah it was pretty neat... obviously was good to have some of my Charlotte friends there, especially getting to officially battle with my training partner Matt, but everyone from the forum was great too. Of course, Thad and I had been keeping our logs here since probably like '06-'07 so I pretty much felt like I knew him by now... and the fact that I out-Wilks'ed him by like 6 tenths of a point is going to have to tempt him to at least compete in another one of these things .

    Just took one of my last Westside workouts that I did and cut the weight down to about 80%, and cut the volume by 1/3rd. Just want to get in there and do something this week so I'm not terribly bored and ready to hit the weights starting next Monday. I'm pretty sure I'll be hopping on the 5/3/1 train for a bit here. I have also been reading Reactive Training Systems and find it real interesting but it's pretty dense... will probably keep it in the back pocket to experiment with come prep for my next meet.

    I've taken the plunge and decided to move my log to the PL sub-forum. It's been quite the run here, and I never would have imagined that this thread/log would last as long as it did. I'll keep posting here for this week to give everyone a chance to hopefully come sub to my new log, which is posted below:

    You guys need some new material! It's funny, I don't think I normally squat that deep or maybe I've just never seen a still shot @ the bottom of my squat from that angle but it felt natural/normal at the meet.
