love your mentality, billy. you're a serious lifter when you need to be, but you know when to relax and put life first.
also, if i didn't mention it on your fb post, still can't believe that was your first time flying. good luck on the other 4 flights!

Yeah, I've learned over the years that there are things that are more important than lifting .
Unfortunately we sit over the wing today. I like looking out the window, but now I won't be able to see anything!
It is precisely Brandon Campbell's template. I dig it.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

It wasn't too bad tbh .
D*ck .
Anyways, I'm home, guys. We were delayed yet again at our layover in Cleveland, but made it home just under 2 hours later than we should have been. I only had like 700 calories at that point, so I've been grazing since I got home . Tastykakes are good.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

It's safe now?
This happened about 9 months before I took my first airplane flight.
It was to Hawaii on board a DC 10!!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America...nes_Flight_191She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

That was exhausting! It was most likely a combination of having only trained once in the last week and all the traveling, but that really took it out of me. By the end of the workout I was toast. That was legit delish!
Only day 1 in the books so far, but I like the layout. Very similar to PHAT, but lower volume, which I think will suit me better. I've always been a fan of upper/lower splits. We'll see how I progress .*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Stomach is destroyed again. It was a complete mess at work yesterday and has continued throughout today. I made an appointment with my new GP for next Wednesday. Hopefully he can figure out exactly what's going on... I'm just so sick of this. I'll be fine for roughly a week and them I get a huge flare. I was so nauseated yesterday that I actually took pepto bismuth (which I hate doing). Unfortunately, it only provided minor, short-term relief. Blah.
Kept everything light today, especially since I felt like puking... this really sucks, guys . Oh well, I'll suck it up and stop my complaining!
Going to do some light cardio tomorrow if I feel up to it. Aw, you're such a sweetheart <3.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

I'm gonna have to check out this PHUL style training, I have kind of a good idea of how it should work but still sounds interesting. After working with Inov8 and their super unique programming I have a hard time seeing myself going back to a "normal" routine like that, PHAT, DUP, etc.

PHUL was developed by Brandon Campbell of Campbell Fitness. It is a very typical upper/lower split, of which I have always been a fan. It works great for me because of my lack of equipment in my basement. The only exercise I had to swap out was leg press for lunges since I don't have a leg press machine .

6-6-14 PHUL w1,d3 Upper Hyper
Incline Bench

175x8
Flat Db Fly

25'sx10 (3 sets)
Seated Db curls
25'sx11
25'sx9
25'sx8
Tricep Press
3x12
Misc.
Love hyper days lol. Brings out the bro in me . I went into this one feeling nauseous, but it started to clear up around the cable rows. Speaking of cable rows, I perform those on my lat pulldown/row combo machine, so that's why the weights used seem so low. It was actually pretty heavy.
I stopped by Xsport yesterday as I'm considering joining a gym again. They wanted to charge a $40 "card fee" and a $60 "yearly fee" within the first two months. Told them I'll get back to them... I'm thinking I'll try to get them to waive at least one of the fees otherwise I won't join. I'm pretty sure they'll be cool with it. I'll just be happy to train my calves again on something other than my crappy smith machine and be able to use db's that aren't plate loaded. The handles on mine are so small it feels very awkward pressing or rowing anything over 50 lbs.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Sorry to hear your stomach issues have not gotten resolved Billy.
Nothing wrong with basic lifts. I often think people get to carried away with making programs to complicated like that's the secret. Jeff Alberts has been able to build an incredible physique on just the basics."We all have great inner power. The power is self-faith. There's really an attitude to winning. You have to see yourself winning before you win. And you have to be hungry. You have to conquer."

As far as commercial gyms go, it's legit. I hate commercial gyms... :/
Yeah a lot of machines. Many of which I will never touch (other than some hammer strength stuff).
Thanks for the support, Dean. Hopefully this new doc can shed some light on my situation!

Wow, my legs were fried after this. I'm not used to such high rep work, but it felt good. Plenty of room for improvement on those front squats, but they felt good. Frist time front squatting in the Romaleo's and I had no trouble keeping good upright posture.
Staying in for the night because I have to get up early. Going to watch some Netflix until I pass out! Yeah, wtf is a card fee anyway? It costs them like pennies to make a card lol.
Thanks, dude. Feeling much better today. Hopefully that's a sign of good things to come.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
