Molten Chocolate Protein Parfait

Ingredients

Protein Pudding:

1 Scoop Molten Chocolate Cellucor Cor Performance Whey
1-6oz Carb Master Yogurt (Vanilla)
20g Fat Free Cream Cheese

Toppings:

Touch of Whip Cream (5g)
10g of Cereal (Cookie Crisp and Honey nut Cheerios)
100g Strawberry
50g Banana

You can sub any kind of cereal, fruit or whatever you would enjoy! Chocolate goes well with berries and bananas so I chose those!

Directions

Layer your Protein Pudding on the bottom, add fruit (Stawberries)
Add another layer of Protein Pudding and then add Banana’s
Add another layer of protein pudding and top with Cereal
Then put the finishing touch of whip cream for presentation and enjoy!

Macros/Calories

Calories ~ 350
Protein ~ 40g
Carbs ~ 40g
Fat ~ 4g

Funny you say that i got some haters on youtube that say my quality is worse even though its a HD Cam compared to my last one! LOL

Nikox Coolpix S9400 got it 150$ off, scored a good deal. Retails like 250-275$
