Well, I did it. Not the whole routine though.

I did 3 rounds of 7 reps and the last 2 rounds with 6 reps. After a bum wrist and broken finger nail, it was pretty successful.

Afterward I went and did 20 minutes on the stair climber and 7 sets of box jumps. Up to 17 plates, the height thing was very psychological though.

Just really depends on you. But doing box jumps at end of session will test your character since your already dogged tired.

I'm not doing box jumps though.

It gets very busy during prime time like other gyms, but it's also huge, so you normally don't have to wait that long for equipment. I just wish there was more than one power rack.

I spoke to the owner over the weekend to buy bigger DB's he gave me the Bertstare and said I can buy my own and just put my name on it.

I also told him to buy a power rack and he told me to talk to his son about acquiring a machine

I swear if there's a better gym in town I would leave this one. I'm paying $58 a month and it's lacking tons of equipment.

On my new bench program I have to bench Mon and Thurs, so I'm joining the crowd for a few weeks

ICD for me today too. I've been pretty lucky my chest rotation has only fallen on a Monday twice in the past 2 months. But it falls on Monday today. Would normally push it to tomorrow, but I can't. Probably won't make it to the gym next till at least Th of Fri.

I just wish there is a power rack/cage at my gym!

Definitely a good option bro! You can probably set up a basic functional home gym for $2k-3k.
