I'd have to clarify the definition of "assault weapon". That would probably put an end to that.
And then decline to answer if they actually had a definition.
I took one of those once where the very first "question" was:
"I lose my temper when ___________"
Seriously, WTF is this? I don't lose my temper, so WTF am I supposed to answer?
Assholes.
I passed, but...what *******s

hah same here with the temper crap. I just feel like they think I lie when I disregard it or say it is a false message. That and drug use in my life has been very very minimal and they constantly think I am lying. I feel like if I want the job I need to do more drugs to be accepted.

I really don't see a problem in it but then again you guys have taken it and I have not. BTW you guys seem like you are losing your temper over that test. Little ironic no?
Personally I want our officers to be put through some serious tests/background checks. I really don't think I have to explain why.
You're a good man though J so I hope you pass. I pretty much know you will. Much respect for going through all of that. Can't wait till you start lifting seriously and making gains again.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

It's an internet message forum. I can swear up and down all God damn mother fukking day without even coming within a North Korean missile shot of losing my temper.
A thorough background check is 100x more effective, IMO, than some asinine psych evaluation. My opinion is that if a person isn't psychologically fit for the job, and it shows up on one of those tests, it would show up in one of the many face to face interactions with the department leading up to actually being hired. And in the background. But know knows, maybe those stupid asshole shrinks can actually spot people who might go all Canton on a law abiding citizen.
Swearing on the internet is fun. What can I say
BTW: I answered that stupid ass fill in the blank with some thing like "When people negligently or recklessly endanger myself or my family"
Not sure how much that applies to myself so much as to other people, and is more of a theory than a known quantity. Pretty sure my hypothesis is correct though.

I love "flipping my sh*t" online. It is more fun to swear and e-yell.
If a person could only see/read my text based conversations, they'd swear I was the most abusive, angry assh0le who lived. Especially if reading the conversations I have with my best friend. lol-

lol yes sir! That is the movie that made me take note of him, actually. I can't remember how I came across it (was during one of my horror movie kicks).
So much stupidity and hilarity in that movie.
Oh! If you want a horror movie in a relatively similar vain, look up "Lesbian Vampire Killers" (although it says it is now only called Vampire Killers http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1020885/?ref_=sr_1). Overall the movie is stupid, but IIRC, there were quite a few moments that elicited audible laughter from me.-

I first came across that bloke while watching 'Outlaw'. Pretty srs movie. I gave it a 6/10 rating but you might not like it that much. Also stars in the movie 'Severance'. It's not a zombie movie, but I liked it.

Hi, sloots. I've decided that I want to start cutting again (properly). My last cut went well, but I'm not too happy because I was never strict about my food consumption. I won't be counting Calories this time either, but I'll be extremely strict with portion sizes and snacking in-between meals. I know, easier said than done.

I agree once you're in tune with how your body loses fat you can get away with not counting. But getting things precise for a few min out of the day can't be beat. I have an app on my phone with a barcode scanner, doesn't get much easier than that. Once you enter things too, I eat most similar stuff each day so to put it in takes almost no time. With the technology today you can't really blame counting cals.

OK I gotcha, without the use of my phone, I probably wouldn't want to log anyways. The phone is clutch, 90% of my logging is from that. If you focus on portion sizes like you said and trying to eat mostly protein you should be fine. A good rule of thumb is a fist size portion of meat is usually around 5-6oz.

When I'm cutting, I use only low calorie options like mustard on sandwiches. I try to avoid salad dressing, and use avacado/guacamole and/or salsa instead.
I also find that if you cut up a bunch of meat, throw a few hard boiled eggs on top of some coleslaw (without any dressing) it's pretty edible.
But yeah, accounting for those things can be a pita, especially if you are out somewhere and unable to control how much is put on your sandwich/burger/whatever.I remove my shirt to poop crew

That's pretty much my diet. Add to that black coffee with no sugar in the mornings, 1/2 cup oats with bananas before lifting and a cup of tea after lunch. Protein intake is not enough but it will do for now.

it's free. I agree some things can be a PITA to track, even on such a good site that has everything. Sometimes I just have to take my best guess.
That's a solid start m8. Yeah beans and chick peas while having some protein in them have a lot of carbs too. Just be aware of what's in them and account for it. No need to go low carb, unless you're really lean the most important this is staying at an appropriate cal deficit and eating enough proteinz.
