GOT DRENCHED AGAIN when I was going to school. My sister couldn't get her **** together so I just bussed and out of nowhere when I got off the bus, boom! Torrential downpour. Got to school and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom drying my shoes and shorts in the hand dryer. Smh, mr weatherman.*
After school I felt decent tho . Finally getting some traction on the Trivium song and so that's a happy.*
Got a doc appt tomorrow morning so gonna get that skin checked out as well as a wart blasted.*
Oh, and I'm almost done watching Power Unlimited. Great flick.*

And know that feel, asked a bro who looked like he lifted for a spot and his hands DID NOT LEAVE THE BAR for all 6 reps on my heavy set. My next set he was like "hey man need a spot" and I was like "na man i'm good".....

You learn to cook by experience so just cook a lot. Even if it's the same stuff for most of the day (I eat the same breakfast, lunch and prewo every weekday) your technique will improve. As you get better with the technique, push your boundaries a bit every now and then - try another national cuising such as Indonesian fr example.
Keep truckin and within a couple months, you'll be reelin in bishes with yo cooking skillz (you'd still be doing better than me )AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Excellent work PRing both bench and FS broseph, beast mode ON [x] OFF [ ] for d's.
Know dat feel on retarded spotters. Had a guy spot me at the start of benching a while back and he did all the work basically it was ridiculous, then on the 2nd set I told him out-right 'don't touch it unless i'm pinned'. Still did it exactly the same way, dafuq.
On the 3rd set I walked to the far side of the gym to a very small skinny guy who clearly didn't know what he was doing and asked him to spot me. 'What do I do?' and I say 'Just help me if it falls on me'. Ofc that set I get pinned and have to roar at him to pull it up, massive struggle ensues lolBJJ / Greyskull LP log

Sciatica throbbing now.
Beast mode fully activated.
On my high rep set of front squats, sciatica kicked up and had to stop at 8. Rested a quick little 15 seconds, then unracked again and did 2 for 10 total.
On DB Rows I got really dizzy after my second work set and saw stars and had to sit down fast.
I would say I was def dizzy after each one of my 3 big compounds work sets. This session trashed me and fr a very damn good reason - PRs on fukking all of em.
Good sesh but wish sciatica hadn't kicked up this hard. 9/10
After a few hours, the sciatica subsided and my coordination fully returned.
I swear half of my focus today was just because I kept talking **** to the weight. Srs

Btw, the only reason I couldn't get that last rep on the third set of presses was because my entire body was shaking so furiously that I couldnt move it. Doesn't matter cuz I'm going for 110x4 next press day.
I started yelling at the weight (legit yelling, and I don't even grunt when I lift 0.o) when it was at my nose level and got It up to about my forehead before I couldn't go further. Gave it mah best and then some.

sort of self made. im basically alternating bench or press
then i add front squats
then a heavy back movement
then arms/other accs.
working great so far

Btw I know i've said to you that I can't focus when listenin to music and generally workout without music. One exception is on deadlifts, i've hit 90% of my PRs while listenin to Cemetary gates, usually set my grip at the bit building up to the main riff then rip the sh*t out of it.BJJ / Greyskull LP log
