had never put more than 350'ish on the bar for my sumo deadlifts before... always felt heavy. now that i'm lifting with a team it felt light as crap. hit 455 tonight, could have maybe gotten 475 if it was an actual PR night instead of lots of singles and doubles

**** i'd love to hit 500 soon... i personally wouldn't call that bad work for someone who has had a crappy weightlifting protocol given to them by football coaches their entire weightlifting "career" that has literally never included deadlifting (if only I had known then what I know now... I imagine where I could be)

Attempted a 1RM on (full)squats and Bench for the first time. 350, and 238.5, respectively, sorry no vids. Hoping to tweak some things and join the 1,000 pound club by March. 56.5 pounds short. 169.8 bw post workout.
