My IP address in on there. LULZ. Never downloaded the movie. Have not had this ISP for more than a month. Not worried at all. Will troll them if I get a letter or something.

Anyone who doesn't just download from a site like Megaupload, Rapidshare, Mediafire, Hotfile, Filesonic, 2shared, ... has gone full retard. Especially when Icefilms has 151,107 active links, most of which are Megaupload where they don't limit download speed. Torrents on the other hand often have ****/unreliable download speed and require you to upload/maintain a ratio and worst of all anti-piracy companies monitor them.

Ninjavideo was run by a bunch of retards that are associated with release groups and LIVE in the USA. They also used the stupid closed system Ninjavideo Helper which was the dumbest **** ever. Icefilms on the other hand isn't based in the USA, plus it uses a super easy script(which can be hosted on any site) and then supplies the links to videos. So in reality Icefilms is easily replaceable while Ninjavideo was not.
Even if Icefilms did give out the IP addresses of the visitors that doesn't prove anything. In conjunction with the Megaupload IP addresses it might prove intent but by that time every ISP will have wiped their data on who had what IP at what time since most don't have a data rentention policy of more than 30 days.

Lol very difficult case to argue in court. Issues of secure wireless networks, proof of IP, etc are raised.
Unless you live in NZ, where a law has just been past that would find the defendant GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT (all a company has to do is lodge a claim you were downloading their file and thats all the evidence needed)
Regardless, producers should not be so moronic- digital reproduction means an infinite supply of goods. Therefore, the price should be zero.
