Anyway, I started going to the public gym this weekend and while I there I have been talking to a few of the people about our supplementation schedules. I said he only thought that way because of his ignorance. Then he challenges me to a competition of lifts (bench, deadlift, squat). I say I can't just yet because I normally don't train on those.
So to make a long story short I said I'd be up to the challenge in a month and we would settle the contest based on power to weight.
So my question is what sort of supplements and training should I do in order to prove him wrong? I have a month to get get good at those lifts and I'm pretty lean so I have that in my favor.
I just wonder if he'll cheat and start using green bulge too?
