ok guys i workout my muscles and do cardio after in the evening and i do cardio in the morning as well. i typically take clen at night when i workout. for the last few weeks ive had exams so morning cardio was not available so i stopped taking my EC stack. is it ok to take ephedrine in the morning and clen at night? i wont be stacking them together.
im only trying clen, and i dont think ill be taking it anymore...the EC stack was a lot better; but i havnt worked out much since starting clen.

Jesus dude. did you NOT research this?
1) DO NOT [b]NOT[b] STACK THE TWO TOGETHER>
2) Clen should be taken in the morning or else it won't allow you to sleep at all (Esp. when you get into higher doses)
3) Clean should NOT be stacked with any stims.
Run Clen SOLO at 20mcg/day and bump it up every day (sure you know the protocal) for 2 weeks. Incase you don't: 20/40/60/80/100/120/140/140/120/100/80/60/40/20
^^That is 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off.
OR: (my fav option for longer runs) Run it for 6 weeks and add in 100mg of diphenhydramine at night before bed for weeks 3 and 6 (stacked with the clen those weeks obviously)
-Diphenhydramine is the active compound in common sleep aids and is one of them in Benadryl just check for it. Get a double strength sleep aid which is 50mg per tab and pop two a night
AGAIN, DO NOT STACK STIMS/EC WITH THE CLEN. And Clen is not a stim, it will raise your core body temperature, it is a serious substance that you should have researched more before starting. There are many harsh side effects.

It will go pretty damn quick.
OP: When your core body temp raises a few degrees it will be burning more calories. Hence, you need to try to get in a perfect diet with what you are given. Lots of protein and amino acids should be your main focus. Also, unsure whether or not it is catabolic, I don't think it is though.

im aware of the sides, i just needed to know if taking EC in the morning and clen at night before workouts was fine. but since its in the body for 36hrs as someone else said, ill probably cycle for 2 weeks, in which time ill run out anyways...typically i just take 25mg before a workout which is enough to get me going or 16mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine which is what i normally take as far as EC goes.
anyways ill keep yall updated on progress...

they r both beta 2 antagonists.. i dont see the point of stacking both
u can also run clen longer than 2 weeks when running it with benadryl or ketotifen(sp?) every 3rd weekMET-Rx/Pure Protein Board Rep

I see that a lot, but Matt told me Benedryll and ketofen (injectable or oral) did nothing for extending its effects and that your receptors just need a break in order for it to become effective again.
He also recommends 28 day runs, not 14.

quicker cuts generally mean less chance of loosing muscle gain if done correctly. but i cannot speak for your point of view as a female as i personally would run an anabolic, t3, and keto amongst other things.
but as i said earlier alb is a better choice as it has less side effects.
also this is the supplement section not sure if it is proper do be discussing these things.

x2. You have to start off at 20mcg and ladder up to 100mcg. Two weeks on, one or two weeks off, then two weeks on again only this time reaching 120mcg-140mg depending on your reaction. Some people take it right before bed so they dont feel the tremors which can happen. Personally I'm not a fan of that method as I once woke up scared ****less from shaking and not remembering why and that was on 60mcg.

I don't know anyone who injects ketofin. I know that it works though. People just expect too much from clen and they use it haphazardly. I completely agree that breaks are necessary as well. I think that low to moderate doses run at slightly longer intervals are the key to using clen, but I'm not a big fan...
Sanj-brother... don't take all that clen and ephedrine, especially the clen at night. They're both beta 2 antagonists and you'll exhaust your receptors and end up getting frustrated with the lack of results. Taking clen at night is something I would advise against. Take two small doses; one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Remember that clen will only amp your metabolism marginally. VERY marginally. You'll shake like a crack head, but you'll burn what? Maybe 5% more calories? Is it really worth hardening your arteries, getting heart palps and killing heart cells to shed a few more calories?
I took clen in the summer and I'll be the first to admit that I looked better than I ever looked in my life but I was also juicing and eating great. I got heart palps though so fukc that ****. The cramps were absolutely horrid, the headaches sucked and the crack head feeling was bogus as well. I don't like clen much. But if you're going to run it then do it at a lower dosage (fukc all you idiots that advise 100mcg+ dosages), run ketofin and make sure to keep an eye on your blood pressure. Regretfully asymptomatic side effects are more than likely to occur, so just remember that you're fukcing yourself up royally for a little fat loss.
I might sound overzealous but serious, clen is pretty ****ty. It will do the job in a pinch, but why not eat a little leaner, do something like CKD or a keto diet for a couple of weeks with a BIT of ephedrine? I get jacked off 8mg tabs and a little caffeine because I'm not abusing the **** like an idiot. And others should be able to get away with lower doses too. I've used high doses of stims and it's very bad for you. I think it's much worse than abusing gear unless we're talking about methylated orals.

1. im up till around 1-2am studying so im pretty dead after that so when i actually workout is early for me.
2. its actually 50mcg, my mistake...mcg was a typo.
yea thats kinda how im feelin. i got a bottle for free so i thought id give it a go but ive been running two days now with a good diet and i can conclude that i think i like my EC stack A LOT better. no sides so far, and after reading all day on this stuff, its definetly over hyped for sure. EC is a lot more effective in my oppinion.
