2. Dairy/eggs - 54 or so eggs, Large Tub of Greek Yogurt/NonFat Yogurt (15$), LowFat Cheese (5$)
3. Starchy Carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, oats, bread) - 10lb Bag of Potatoes, 5lb Sweet, 2lbs Pasta/Rice (10$) Kaiser Rolls (5$)
4. Veggies - 4-5$ (Broccoli/Lettuce/Tomato/onion/peppers)
5. Fruit - 3-4$ (Berries,Apples,Bananas)
6. Nuts/nut butters, oils, - One jar every 2-3 weeks (Low fat diet) (4-5$)
7. Cereals, granola/breakfast bars, protein bars - 2$ for a box of Cereal
8. Snacks/drinks- Ice cream, desserts, cookies, poptarts, soda, juices (not fruit juice), sports/energy drinks - 3-4$ for Ice Cream a week, 3-4$ for Powerade Zero
9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals - I rarely eat out ever.

10. Whey/supps $0 only vitamins cept when i run out then i stock up ...thats usually around $50 every 4/5months

Spent $117 last night for about a week (feeding 2 + 2 dogs). The bulk of it was meat.
1. Meats/seafood $40
2. Dairy/eggs $5-10
3. Starchy Carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, oats, bread) $20-30 Lots of potatos, rice and hamburger helper in my house. Also grilled cheese w/bacon frequently.
4. Veggies $5-10 Corn is pretty much the only veggie I eat other than carrots, tomato and spinach salads.
5. Fruit $15-20
6. Nuts/nut butters, oils, $5 2 gallon container of olive oil lasts about a month or more though. Also eat a lot cream cheese (dairy?).
7. Cereals, granola/breakfast bars, protein bars $5-10 (cereal)
8. Snacks/drinks- Ice cream, desserts, cookies, poptarts, soda, juices (not fruit juice), sports/energy drinks $2-4 (diet coke for my booze).
9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals $20
10. Whey/supps $0000
11. Dog Food $20 20lb bag of purina beneful weight control for my fat ass dogs.

Well, I don't go grocery shopping every week, more like every 2-3 weeks, but here's the (rounded) breakdown of my last trip:
1. Meats/seafood $14
2. Dairy/eggs $6
3. Starchy Carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, oats, bread) $7
4. Veggies $20 (fresh broccoli and canned green beans are cheap; packaged spinach...notsomuch)
5. Fruit $1
6. Nuts/nut butters, oils, $0
7. Cereals, granola/breakfast bars, protein bars $0
8. Snacks/drinks $0
9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals ~$6-10
10. Whey/supps $0
11. Alcohol $10 ($1 drink nights are da best)

I spend about $70 a week, 3 pounds of meat, 2 dozen eggs, 2 pounds of oats, lunch meat, bread, greek yogurt, frozen veggies, frozen pizzas and what not for days I don't feel like cooking.

Listed dollars and items are on the weekly. I buy other things less often.
1. Meats/seafood $20 (chicken & veggie burgers)
2. Dairy/eggs $15 (cheese)
3. Starchy Carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, oats, bread) $5 (oats & beans)
4. Veggies $5 (variety of frozen)
5. Fruit $10 (mixed frozen)
6. Nuts/nut butters, oils, $15 (roasted almonds & peanut butter)
7. Cereals, granola/breakfast bars, protein bars $5 (dry cereal)
8. Snacks/drinks- Ice cream, desserts, cookies, poptarts, soda, juices (not fruit juice), sports/energy drinks $10 (Mostly bagged/loose tea)
9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals $45 (deli for lunch & Mexican on margarita night)
10. Whey/supps $0

2. Dairy/eggs - 4 tubs of greek yogurt (4 servs each) at $4 bucks each, hit half a tub a day
3. Starchy Carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, oats, bread) - sack of potatoes, lasts about 2 weeks, costs about $5
4. Veggies - green beans/spinach -$2
5. Fruit - bag of apples - $3
6. Nuts/nut butters, oils, - EVOO - 1 bottle per semester lol
7. Cereals, granola/breakfast bars, protein bars - 2 boxes of cereal per week, $7
8. Snacks/drinks- Ice cream, desserts, cookies, poptarts, soda, juices (not fruit juice), sports/energy drinks - powerade zero - $7 - some kind of cookie for junk bowls - $5 - ice cream - $11
9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals - mabye $10-20 a week
10. Whey/supps - buy in bulk, so not much
comes out to like $70-80 a week, usually a little cheaper

Fruit, veggies and carbs are very cheap in the UK... but meat is absurd. $1.99 a lbs for chicken breast fillets is pretty common in the US. You can sometimes even get sirloin on sale for that same price range. You won't see that in the UK. If bodybuilding could be done easily on sub 100g of protein a day, my grocery bill would be pennies. Carbs all day baby.

Meat: chicken & shrimp
Veggies: Green beans, carrots, lettuce & potatoes (frozen veggies for stir-fry)
Fruit: Pineapple & grapes
Else: Poptarts, pasta, rice, bread, yogurt & cheese, bottled water & various sauces
Beef comes from the pasture
Eggs come from the neighbor
Most veggies from the garden
Fruit comes from the creek banks

7. Cereals, granola/breakfast bars, protein bars - $3-4 (Bi-weekly Rotation Treat)
8. Snacks/drinks- Ice cream, desserts, cookies, poptarts, soda, juices (not fruit juice), sports/energy drinks - $0
9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals - $0
10. Whey/supps - $44 Bi-Weekly
In total around $140-160 /Month.
I buy carrots , celery, grounded flaxseeds and brocolli(everynow and then) but its so negligble in costSeek truth and reason
