men's physique means don't work legs? whats with the board shorts?
It's all about proportions and posture so:
delts too small for arms
shoulders are slouched forward
calves...
can't tell if you have any hip/glute problems since no side pics
oh yeah and strong smirk

I typically will do a 'sucked in' measurement sometimes in the morning to get a feel for where i'm at, before this show it was at 28.5inches sucked in in the morning (before food). So as for my actual waist size when relaxed, not sure.
It's partially the posture and partially them being asymmetrical. One side of my body is a bit bigger than the other.
Haha yea definitely, i mostly just did these competitions as something to focus on and keep me motivated and having fun after a break up a month and a half ago. So I didn't 'prep' for these shows for more than just a few weeks - hence not being lean enough. It was fun though and kept my mind off the break up, so i enjoyed it. My delts are crazy strong but I will try to bring them out size wise.
Yes i need some leg shots, the only ones i have aren't appropriate to post. Hard to take non-awkward/creeper looking leg shots.
Agreed bro, working on abs. Can't do much about the gyno aside from surgery - which is expensive and i'd hate to be out of the gym for 6-8 weeks. :/
And haha i love my cheeky kunt grin
Arms are pretty big
Agreed 100% with more definition i'd look a TON better.
i love my grin, lol. And I can't do anything about the gyno aside from surgery sadly. Which isn't an option at this point.
Thanks bro!
Yea, they could use some work
Thanks bro, calves are genetics though. I have high inserting sprinter calves, i work them a ton but they wont really grow.

ok, first off great physique man.
now for critique's.
your arms look very large from the front but when you turn around they're not impressive in comparison. triceps need to be bigger. from behind they look like an average gym goer.
lats look pretty wide from front but kinda thin from behind. no homo but glutes look like they need to come up. and quads dont seem to be pressing on your board shorts so i'm going to guess you just need to squat more overall.
chest and traps are sick. biceps are sick too.
i would say squat, bring triceps up ALOT. and work on looking overall ticker from behind. from the front you look massive. from behind that special quality you have disaapears

Looking thick, solid tight op.
Personally, I think you'd be fine in Mens physique if you cut 10-15lbs. That way you look a reasonable size for the div, and you'll be leaner.
Would bring out your abs, which could be stronger (Greg Plitt and Rob Riches vids are great).
And perhaps more delts.
Nice waist to shoulder width ratio!

U do look too big for men's physique bro. They mark you off for that. U almost look bloated like ur holding too much water. Def need to come in leaner next time. I'd say either slim down more to stay in men's physique or keep packing on the size to compete in bodybuilding. Do you have the legs to do bodybuilding? Any leg pics?

I agree 100% man, I appreciate the honest and in depth feedback. My chest used to be garbage, as were my biceps... it seems i've slowly turned them into strong points. So, i feel good about that.
Back - I agree, I've been working hard on adding thickness to my back.
Triceps - I agree with what you say, here, too. The thing is - My triceps are insanely strong. Like freaky strength status, hands down my strongest bodypart. I can close grip bench 315 for 8 reps. I also do a ton of sets and reps trying to build hypertrophy on them, but they don't seem to want to grow much. I'll keep working on it and try to change up my routine even more.

fuk what the misc has to say about your gyno. its so extremely unnoticeable that only an insecure ******* who is searching for something small and insignificant to bring you down and make himself feel better would notice. but yeah, abs and calves/possibly quads are what you should work on. still look 100x better than i do so i cant say anything bad.

Judging from the pics you have more than enough size for mens physique(if that's what your aiming for?). To me it seems your chest overpowers the rest of your upper body. Can't really see arms to great but it appears you could bring up arms and delts a bit to match your chest.
